Our stay was comfortable & enjoyable. The hosts are very helpful & accommodating. Location was within walking distance of plenty of restaurants & cafes. Would certainly stay here again.

We had the most amazing stay. The location is right on the beach/boardwalk and steps to a Newport Pier. We walked to great restaurants/coffee every morning. No need for a vehicle! The units were spotless, updated and well stalked with supplies. We will definitely be back!

Staying here every time we come to LA! Spot is perfect for 2 people, there’s tacos across the street and plenty of stores/restaurants in the area. It’s LA - of course you’re gonna see some sh*t but I felt safe and comfortable both times I stayed here, even without my partner. Great host!

The place was great! Despite the protests downtown, the location was great! We were out of the way from most of the crowds and traffic that came with the protest and were still within walking distance to some great places! (Crypto, Peacock Theatre, Grand Central Market, etc.). Dan was very responsive and even helped with a great 420 suggestion! Like the listing states, you must be ok with what comes with being downtown to really enjoy the beauty of it all. We will be back!

Cute 1 bedroom apartment in a good location with easy access to restaurants, the beach, or a good jumping point to explore the surrounding areas. Apartment was well stocked, comfortable, and great for my 1 month stay. Hosts were nice and even offered to do my laundry so I wouldn’t have to find a laundromat

absolutely amazing stay. probably the coziest place you'll find. very safe neighborhood. easy parking. so much to do and so many stores close by that the location is unbeatable in convenience. not far away at all from all the main attractions either (beach, Disneyland, etc) while still maintaining a quiet peaceful environment. you won't regret booking!

Stefanie’s place was fantastic—spotless, well-stocked, and in the perfect location for all the local motocross events we attended. We really enjoyed the amenities, especially the game room and the hot tub. The backyard was peaceful and had a beautiful view, making it a great spot to unwind. It is a great place to stay, especially considering getting a private space for your group, the safe parking spot for your car etc. The place is very similar to described in the listing and was very clean, with all the basic amenities needed for one's stay. One thing to keep in mind, it is towards the east side of LA and if you are planning to visit LA as a tourist, then all the tourist spots is a bit of drive from here. But overall, great experience.

The place was beautiful, there was a lot of pretty plants around the private patio which made it nice to sit outside. The inside was super spacious and beautifully set up, and the beds were really comfortable. My family enjoyed our stay here and we recommend it for anyone looking for something private and comfy.

April’s home was the perfect spot for our graduation celebration — stylish, comfortable, and uniquely suited for gathering with loved ones. What truly stood out was April’s kindness and attentiveness. She was always just a call away and handled everything with such grace — even when we accidentally broke a fan blade, she responded with understanding and generosity. We’re so grateful for her hospitality and can’t wait to return. Easily one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had!

I really enjoyed staying here. It was my first time in California and I felt the location was ideal for restaurants, beaching, and most importantly- relaxing. Condo was beautiful, clean, and worth every penny. Jay communicated clear instructions of how to get into the condo. It felt safer with there being a gate and security. We really loved being able to take our pets and the condos having places to take them out was super convenient. The condo amenities were such a plus. Overall, I recommend staying here and enjoyed our time tremendously.

Great location - we wanted to stay near our son. Walked every morning to get great cup of coffee. Super workout facility. Covered parking spot ✅ also was able to get some laundry done in the middle of our long trip. Would stay again!

Can’t beat the price for what you get!!! Host was extremely accommodating allowing for an earlier check in time, extra towels, and being open to more guests. Clear instructions were given the day before our check in and everything was easy to find and to check in. Super fast response times and always super friendly!! Condo was exactly as pictured! The pull out couch wasn’t available but the air mattress was very comfortable!! Clean sheets and bathrooms! Kitchen was very nice as well!! The rooftop patio was amazing with a great view of the city line and the hollywood sign. The location was near lots of attractions (10-20min drive) such as the hollywood hike entrance, griffith park/observatory, Universal Studios, and the hollywood walk of fame. The drive to Santa Monica pier was ~45-55min with traffic. Small downfall is the door does not have a deadbolt lock - it only has the code lock to lock the door, but I would 100% come back and stay here again because it still felt very safe!! :)
