I am offering an hour of meditation, breath work, sound healing and other relaxing techniques in the desert. As humans we are a microcosm of the macrocosm. Tools to bring yourself into a state of peace can be taken with you wherever you go. The experience will be simple and gentle. All levels are welcome. We will open the class by a couple sounds of AUM to create some vibrational bounds with each other. A guided meditation will follow as well as different breathing techniques. And we will end the class on a sound healing journey. The goal of this experience is to create a safe space to step into your real self. No pets allowed. We will start with a short meet and greet and get to know your musical background (none required) and preferences. Then I'll walk you through the gear, history, and culture of DJing. - You'll meet up with me and then follow me in a short drive to the trailhead. Once we park there is a short easy hike (less than a mile, part on roads, part on a dirt trail) before we climb down to the creek. The climb down is very steep and slippery. It is rock climbing just steep enough to not need gear. If you like bouldering you'll love this place. If you are afraid of heights this may be challenging for you. You will need shoes with good grip and both hands available to climb down the rock cliff. The creek is a beautiful place to relax for an hour or two surrounded by the woods and the sounds of birds chirping and running water and nature to help you feel peaceful and restful. In the spring and summer you can swim and in the fall and winter just explore and absorb some nature. It is beautiful year round. I take candid and posed photos of you that I will send you after the hike. It is a great spot, it makes for beautiful pictures. Whenever you are ready we hike back up. - Take a tandem flight with an accredited instructor in a hang glider built for two. I'll handle the takeoff and landing, and you'll get to enjoy the amazing experience of soaring in a hang glider on a 15- to 45-minute flight. I’ll point out landmarks from above and explain how to maneuver the glider. If you’re up for it—and conditions allow—you may even get to take the controls for a bit. - We'll meet up and drive to the trailhead. I'll guide you through the 4.5 mile hike (total there and back) that climbs 1,100 feet for a stunning view from the top. I'll take posed and candid photos of you as we hike. It is a fun exercise and over all very satisfying experience. The landscape all around the Pinnacles is beautiful and scenic.
