Monthly Rentals in River North Art District, Denver

Stayed here for a month — overall, a great spot! It's a private, comfortable, and well-arranged space. Mike was helpful & responsive throughout my stay. Gripes included water taking a couple minutes to heat up and the door(s) not having screens, meaning fresh air always meant flies (and potentially cats if you aren't monitoring it). That said, the value of this place is unbeatable and I would certainly stay here again. Thanks Mike!

My partner and I came to Denver for the first time for some work obligations and intended to only stay a month. That month turned into 3 at Tiff and Aga’s amazing loft! Everything about their place was perfect. It was clean, well put together, we loved the quiet location, and access to a coffee shop downstairs that we visited every morning. It felt like home away from home. Tiff was very communicative and so helpful anytime we needed something. If ever we are back in Denver for an extended period of time, we hope to stay here again!

I stayed at Joe's place for two months and could not be happier with my experience. The home is exactly as described and portrayed in the photos. I loved the neighborhood and the park being across the street. I always felt comfortable and safe walking or going for runs. No problems ever finding parking. Great jumping off point for exploring Denver. Joe has thoughtfully provided everything you could need for a longterm stay without the need of resourcing items yourself - cookware, dishware, laundry, linens etc. He's also an excellent communicator and responsive to all inquiries and needs. I would 100% recommend this spot and would stay here again myself.
