The Beach House, West Wittering Beach. An airy, bright home, shares a garden with the main house, sitting directly on the beach. A perfect getaway, an hour and a half from London. It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. Open-plan fully-equipped new kitchen, big comfortable sofa, TV/Wifi, separate shower room. Super king double bed, plus 2 single beds on large mezzanine floor with a sea view.

The Guest House is spacious, comfortable and has loads of amenities. It is the perfect place to have a break and unwind. Enjoy being in the heart of the stunning Surrey countryside and walk around the lakes, forests, heathlands and hills right on your doorstep. The Lodge Retreat is nestled at the bottom of a secluded garden pathway in the sleepy suburb of Southbourne and is a stones throw from Bournemouth’s award winning beaches. The whole of the Lodge Retreat is yours to relax and unwind and includes use of your own private hot tub. There’s plenty of free street parking and more often than not, you can get the street space directly outside of the property. The Lodge Retreat offers an easy self check in and check out service for your convenience.

The Beach House is a cosy, self contained, nautical themed one-bedroom annexe situated within a two minute walk to the lovely beach at Hill Head. The annexe has been newly decorated and comes with private parking. The property provides easy access to surrounding areas such as Lee-on-Solent and Portsmouth and is ideally situated for walkers being on the England Coastal path and close to the South Downs Way. Families welcome, property sleeps 3-4 with sofa bed in lounge area. Dogs welcome.

Relax and unwind in this family retreat. Tucked away in the village of West End, surrounded by Trees and Riding Stables, you'll enjoy a peaceful 'get-away' yet be in easy reach of local amenities and Southamptons stunning rivers and parks. The Cottage is blissfully quiet, set back from the main house with its own entrance and a large garden. Your host is happy to interact as much or as little as you like, and will gladly share the best experiences the area has to offer.

The Woodshed

The Woodshed is right in the heart of the South Downs National Park, between the villages of Warnford and Exton, a secluded and peaceful space surrounded by a working farm. The Woodshed has a view of Old Winchester Hill that is magic. Activities in the area include biking, hiking, and angling, and three of the best pubs in Hampshire are within a 5 mile radius. As we are a little distance from the main track, I am happy to come and collect guests from Exton if walking.

Walk along the river, go boating, paddle boarding or stop at the many local pubs. Take the train to London in just over an hour. Travel into Southampton to visit the many shops and historic sites. Take a day trip to the Isle of Wight as a foot passenger on the IOW Ferry. A relaxing trip away awaits you.

Private and quaint location in Bitterne Village, which has a good selection of pubs and restaurants within walking distance or a short taxi ride. 5 min walk to local shops and supermarket. 5 min drive to the M27 motorway with onward access to the M3. 10 min drive to Southampton city centre, and the sea front/Ocean Village Marina. 5 min drive to the beautiful Hamble (River) with a great selection of pubs and restaurants along the river.

This is a fully furnished mobile home in the grounds of a detached cottage on the outskirts of Titchfield, which is half-way between Portsmouth and Southampton. There is space to park a car off the road. There is a local village centre and more shops at larger local centres in Fareham and Whiteley. There is no washing machine or dryer in the property but guests can use the facilities in the main house.
