Cedarbank’s - 'Little Art House'

Dog friendly, with it's own entrance and courtyard, the Little Art House is just outside the Scottish National Park, and 4 mins walk from the sea. We are convenient for the ferry. We can offer more than just an Airbnb experience. Looking for lessons? - we can arrange for lessons with local artists. It's an opportunity to get outside, learn something new or just do your own thing. It's a cosy little base, with lots of artwork - which we hope you'll enjoy calling home while you visit Argyll.

Unwind at this peaceful oasis in the hills of Argyll in the Trossachs national park. Our converted barn has a twin bedroom downstairs & double room on the open mezzanine above an open-plan living kitchen area. The bathroom has a bath and separate shower, as well as a washing machine and a tumble drier. Access to the adjacent forestry road is via a car park 100m north along the roadside. This offers extensive walking routes, including to the Benmore Botanic Garden, Pucks Glen & The Coylet.

The cottage is over 200 years old and has been converted from an original stable used by the horses working on the Crinan Canal. Please bear in mind that there are steps up to up access the cottage from either door: thus, if you have reduced mobility, sadly, Oakdene may not be for you.
