The Annexe

On the outskirts of beautiful historic town of Bradford on Avon, our homely Annexe is completely self contained with its own small outside space. A 15-20 minute walk down hill will find you in the town where there are plenty of places to eat and relax. Walk along the Avon river or take a leisurely stroll by the Canal. Take the train and you could be in Bath around 15 minutes later, and Bristol in 40 mins. By car we are only 30 mins from Longleat Safari Park and around an hour from Stonehenge.

‘Little Glen’ on the outskirts of Bath

Set in the heart of the beautiful village of Corston in Bath which offers access to plenty of stunning countryside but also is not far for people to explore both the city of Bath and Bristol. Bath city centre is only a 10 minute drive away and bus stops are within a few minutes walk. The local village shop/ Post Office is a 2 minute walk away . Corston is a few minutes drive from the Bath Spa University. There is a local pub serving food which is only a 3 minute drive or 10 minute walk.

Modern Hayloft in Cotswolds

The hayloft is very old but we have converted it into a 2 bed suite (one double bed & one big round bed on the mezzanine) with a 'shed bathroom' and a large lounge. It is on top of part of our own house (above the kitchen) but has a separate private entrance and a door onto the garden. There is no kitchen facility - think hotel rooms rather than self catering! It is right in the heart of the village a couple of hundred metres from good restaurants, ancient pubs and independent shops.

The Dairy is a quaint self-contained annex at the side of our detached property in the picturesque village of Tockington just north of Bristol. There is a bedroom on a mezzanine over an open plan living/dining/kitchen area and shower room. The accommodation is situation on the approach to the village, accessed from a private driveway with parking at the front. You have the use of a private veranda with views of the countryside and the opportunity to take in the village atmosphere.

New, modern space that lets in the sun! Great location for Bath, Bradford on Avon and the local countryside. This is a self-contained 'guest wing' as an annex to our own home with one double bedroom (king-size bed), open plan sitting room and dining area, bathroom 'wet room', full kitchen and balcony overlooking the garden. You have your own private entrance with lockbox for the key but we are just next door if you need to ask us any advice or need to borrow any further amenities.
