I can only report positive things We were nicely received, the handover was quick and straightforward. The equipment of the apartment is sufficient, the location is great and the most important thing worked properly in the apartment. We had the problem one evening that we could not close our hair dryer to the sockets. We were immediately brought an adapter the next morning, which I call helpful, 👍🏻 thank you for the stay.

We have spent 9 nights in this beautiful place. The house is clean and well-equipped and very spacious. We had our dog with us and she had a great vacation too. Tommaso and his mother Paola are wonderful hosts, always helpful, caring and friendly. Tommaso showed us his telescope as we were lucky to be there over the Easter Full Moon. He gave us very good suggestions for good quality restaurants and places to see. The region is beautiful and there is lots to explore! Highly recommendable for a fun, relaxing and uncomplicated family vacation!

The apartment is clean, comfortable and cozy, it is in a great location for those who want to be close to the sea, but staying in a very quiet area!With bicycles available, you can quickly reach the free beach, near the Ferris wheel (we preferred this solution to the establishment). There is everything you need in the kitchen and for cleaning the apartment. Gilberto and Gianluca are very helpful and easy to reach for any need.

Fantastic and quiet location with a very large property. The house has a wonderful covered terrace. The proximity to the sea and the old town of Fano are perfect. There were only two of us in this house and we enjoyed the atmosphere and the stay. We want to spend the next vacation there again. Excellent communication with Nik and Lirim.

Benini's apartment is spacious, clean and located in a great location: quiet and close to the sea. The hosts are extremely kind and helpful and provide two very comfortable bicycles to reach the sea and get around without having to use the car.

Me and my family had a wonderful stay on Annapaola’s place. Greatly located in the heart of Riccione, the apartment is close to the beach and local restaurants but at the same time is quiet and very peaceful. The apartment itself is spacious for a full family and the private garden outside is super enjoyable in summer time. Definitely recommended!!

Beautiful place, lovely location. A splendid view in a territory to be discovered. The house is beautiful. To relax and enjoy the area. We did not meet Verena, who we heard little about and who delegated the management to Sara, who was truly exceptional in managing our requests and welcoming us. As a side note, a beautiful house and furnished with great care, but not too suitable for small children. Congrats!

In front of the apartment, you have a beautiful view of the sea and greenery. A stone's throw away, you can reach the heart of Gradara, which offers rare beauty with the right restaurants and services. The welcome was top-notch, with all the right information. We had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful home. Huge spaces that allowed us to manage a large group of friends. The girls had fun playing in the boundless and well-cleaned outdoor spaces. All this nestled in the Marche hills that I love and just a few minutes from the sea. A stay that I recommend with all my heart! The place was perfect for us, a family with two small children and grandparents who were going on a week's autumn holiday in the Rimini area. Quiet surroundings, walking distance to most places, own parking and large patio. Recommended!

The house was perfect for our needs, a large kitchen, a large dining room with living room where the children could play and the grown-ups could relax. The rooms upstairs were warm and cozy, the many large bathrooms make it perfect for a vacation in multiple families even with children. Andrea was kind and welcoming and available in everything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Robinia apartment which was comfortable and well equipped. The beautiful swimming pool area was a delight to come back to after a day's sightseeing and the scenery and views were outstanding. We will return!

We had a very pleasant stay. The occasion was a weekend of intense study in preparation for an important exam and the house helped us feel comfortable. Everything super clean and comfortable. We were two girls and the division on two floors allowed us to have our privacy but also to meet in the kitchen together to share moments together. Perfect stay! The apartment is elegant, modern and tastefully furnished, but at the same time conveys a pleasant feeling of home. Equipped with all the necessary comforts, nothing was really missing. The area is very quiet, but within walking distance you will find pubs, bars, restaurants and, above all, the sea! The presence of a private garage was a big plus, as was the supermarket right in front of the house, really convenient. Great value. I highly recommend it to those looking for relaxation, comfort and a strategic base to explore the area. I would definitely go back!

We (4 adults, one child and one baby) stayed 12 days in the accommodation and loved it from the first second. The first meeting with Michael and his family was very warm and welcoming. This cordiality has permeated the entire vacation. All rooms in our accommodation were extremely clean and very nicely decorated, you felt right at home. The children were very happy about the pool, which we only found out about on the day of arrival. We got a welcome gift, which is not a given. Also, one of us had a birthday during the vacation and he was also given a little something. I could write so much more, but unfortunately there is not enough space. For us, it was the best Airbnb vacation we've ever had. Anyone who has the opportunity to vacation there should take advantage of it. Thank you for this wonderful stay!

The dream home if you want to live in a "TUSCANY" style experience!! A villa with swimming pool, nestled in the hills of the Marche Apennines, close to a Renaissance village, perched on the adjacent hill. Exit the freeway 5 minutes by car. The only aspect of the accommodation that is not indicated is the spiral staircase, very steep and narrow; in fact, my father, 88, slept on the ground floor on the sofa bed, but there were no problems whatsoever, also because the only bathroom is on the ground floor. A romantic, quiet and picturesque accommodation, safe even with children, since there are only flowering fields around... Highly recommended!

The kitchen was missing a few things that were in the description(sugar,salt,pepper,oil), but we figured it out by shopping at a nearby store. And I think the spring mattresses are done. But a week is perfectly fine for them.
