House holiday rentals in Riva Ligure

Erwin and Liliane are very friendly hosts, they live ‘next door’ but never intruded on our privacy. They were very helpful when we asked about anything (how to work the gas plancha, which villages to visit) The view is absolutely stunning. We had a large terrace plus the pool area to admire it from and of course the pool itself which I used every day. The area is a mix of busy coastal towns and quieter mountain scenery and villages. Great restaurant nearby. The apartment itself is a little old fashioned in places, but it had everything we needed. We were very happy there. Thank you Liliane and Erwin!

If you are debating booking this property just DO IT! Olga was the absolute sweetest host and showed us around the villa when we checked in. I had another property booked for months on Airbnb and they cancelled with less than 24 hours when I was already in France. Olga accommodated our last minute booking and literally saved our trip. The villa is a rare Airbnb where the photos truly don’t do it justice- it’s even more beautiful in person. The views are breathtaking and my children LOVED the pool. Olga even provided pool toys and there’s a mini trampoline on the property and so kid friendly. My kids didn’t want to leave to go to Nice and we just loved our stay in Menton

Nicolas is nice, and the house is lovely, I would greatly recommend if you want to spend some time with friends ans family by the pool :)

Our stay was very pleasant, first of all by a warm welcome from Pascal who is very friendly. The listing was as shown in the photos and description. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Too bad the outside temperature was too cool for us to enjoy the pool. Thank you Pascal for your welcome and for giving us good advice for our visits. We will definitely come back to see you for a stay.

We had a very nice time in the accommodation. The cottage is quietly located in the olive slopes in the garden of another house. Both hikes and bike tours can be started directly on site. The beautiful old town of Cervo is about 5 minutes' walk away, and the sea is 10-15 minutes' walk away. The amenities are nothing special, but everything you need is there. From the seat where the pool is also located, you can still enjoy the view of the sea in the evening.

Had a fantastic stay at Jon's place in Villefranche. The house is set up perfectly for a family gathering and stands up to the pictures. Well located in the hills above Villefranche-sur-mer, it served as a great base for our family to explore the area around Nice.

It was a wonderfully relaxing villa, with many spaces in the garden and pool to sit and enjoy the scenery. Very clean and tidy with traditional, charming rustic decor. Everything needed for a great holiday was provided, from fully functioning kitchen and outside grill area, to sunbeds and parasols by the pool and bedding and towels in all the bathrooms. Celine was a wonderful host who quickly answered the questions we had and was available when we needed her. Highly recommended

- Overall: Very satisfied with the stay. - Space: There were two of us and we had more than enough space. There is enough space for a couple and children, but probably not enough for 2 couples. The "main" bed on the upper floor is rather narrow. - Location: Very quiet location, secluded on the slope, but neighbours who you can sometimes hear in the garden during the day. In the evening, you can hear frogs croaking. Approximately 20 minutes by car to Nice and 5 minutes to the village of Tourette-Levens, where there is a Spar, a bakery and 3-4 restaurants. Approximately 30 minutes by car to Monaco. Parking available. - Cleanliness: Everything is very clean. Plenty of towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, shampoo, etc. available. - Hostess: Very friendly and passionate. Even proactively bought croissants and brought them by on the first morning. Judith ensures maximum privacy for guests. - Pool: Large pool, filled with salt water (little salt), enough space for 4-5 people. - Minus points: outdoor shower by the pool and the WiFi have nothing

Highly recommend staying at this absolutely beautiful home. Looks exactly like the pictures, the views were stunning and Thomas was very responsive. The hot tub was a lovely edition and everything was very clean and tidy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were very sad when it came to an end. Thank you very much Thomas!

Very well located in the beautiful quiet area of Bussana, easy to access and to park. Pleasant house and very nice and relaxing viewpoint on the sea. The terrace is a big plus! Thank you for your responsiveness and attention (coffee, towels, etc.) in the house:)

We had planned a 4-5 day trip to the Nice, Eze, Menton region. We preferred this location especially because of the parking facilities and the average distance to every location we plan to travel to. Laurent is a very polite, caring host who responds to all your questions very quickly. The house was quite clean and the furniture was of a quality that would provide our comfort during our stay. It may be useful to improve the double bed a little more in the future. We admired the sounds of birds on the veranda of the house and especially the silence in the evenings. We bought a replacement cartridge for the cartridges in the coffee machine, but I think we bought it for the wrong machine :( We didn't have the opportunity to change it again because we checked out. Laurent is a wonderful host and the house offers a wonderful guest experience. This is a place we will definitely want to stay again on our next visits to this region.

Corrado welcomed us very warmly upon our arrival at Casa Teresa. For our first day of holiday, there was, among other things, home-grown olive oil, limoncello and focaccia. We lacked nothing. The apartment was a real hit and we could reach Corrado at any time with questions. The folder with the great recommendations for beaches, activities, restaurants and very good ice cream was also great for exploring the beautiful surroundings. He visited the site several times and we found it exciting to exchange ideas with him. An absolute, warm recommendation - we will be back.

Casa Renata is a special place, as well as a lovely house. For us, it was perfect: we were looking for a quiet place where we could work remotely in the morning, and then relax immersed in nature, in the hills or by the sea. The house has been renovated with great taste, attention to detail and a clear aesthetic vision. The spaces, both internal and external, are well distributed and make the house extremely comfortable and welcoming. It should be noted that access may be a bit challenging for those with mobility difficulties, due to the climb and the pebbled ground that leads to the house.

Very nice for nature lovers who are sure-footed hikers in mountainous terrain. If you want to try and enjoy a simple life, have a soft spot for natural stone walls and natural stone houses and want to experience the atmosphere in them, this accommodation is an absolute hit. Willingness to improvise is advantageous. All this with very friendly, attentive and helpful hosts.

An absolutely stunning property, exactly as it appears in the photos. Incredible views and a tucked-away location with old town charm but easy access to the seafront, shops and restaurants. The apartment was also spotlessly clean when we arrived, and Amelia was very helpful and quick to answer any questions. Highly recommended!

Lovely little apartment , perfect for a family of three. Shower was good, and nice to have a washing machine to use . Be prepared to walk uphill and on cobbled paths, this could be difficult for people with health/ disability issues .Especially if you’ve done a food shop in the neighbouring supermarket 😁 The parking is tricky at the weekends , however there is another car parking area at the top of the village. Self catering accommodation , had all the essentials , just needed to buy some little extras like toilet rolls , to see us through the week. Apartment was cosy , clean with the most breathtaking views. The bedroom upstairs is very suited to agile persons as the roof and beds are low . The village is charming , loved the square and the little shop. Neighbouring villages are worth visiting , the Rocchetta Nervina rock pools were a particular highlight for us. Lovely atmosphere, locals, food and wine , Anne was a great helpful host. Recommend you stay here in lovely Apricale

A gem in the middle of nature facing the sea in a very beautiful property The owners are lovely, always taking care of us and listening to us, The house is arranged with great taste, small touches everywhere!! I was lucky enough to enjoy this soothing place and I was able to recharge, the view is splendid!! Thanks to Mario and Louana for their hospitality!!

We had a great time at Rutger’s place, enjoying a lovely welcome from the host himself which was very welcome after a long drive from the UK🍷 We loved the outstanding views from the property and the close proximity to Monaco for our visit to the Grand Prix. As with all properties in this area, we enjoyed(?) the work out provided by the slopes and hills. We would happily stay in this great family home again. We had a great time at the accommodation, Federico was always approachable and a great help. The kitchen is very well equipped and you have everything you need. Great apartment, although the third room is a makeshift bedroom with a pull-out couch. The garden that comes with it more than makes up for it! All in all, we felt very comfortable here and the apartment is highly recommended. Borgomaro and the surrounding area are also wonderful!

Umberto gave us a friendly welcome and was always open and available for questions. The property is very quiet and you have a beautiful view of Imperia and the harbor. The size of the property is also more than sufficient, especially recommended for dogs. All in all, it was great. The really only downside is the beds, which in our opinion are unfortunately not suitable for someone with a sensitive back. Otherwise clear recommendation :)

This was already our second stay at Rosario. We had another wonderful week and there were even a few new things like fly screens on the windows and a kicker in the garden. The accommodation is sparkling clean and in the large kitchen you can cook great. There was again a large welcome package incl. a very tasty homemade cake. The children loved the garden and we could even see fireflies in the evening. Overall, another fantastic holiday and Rosario and his family are very nice and always available.
