E’ composto da : ampio soggiorno/cucina, 2 camere da letto matrimoniali, bagno nuovo con doccia e terrazzino. E’ dotato di : tv, stereo, lettore DVD, forni a microonde ed elettrico lavatrice, stoviglie e pentole, lenzuola ed asciugamani da bagno. In una camera c’è un letto singolo; nell'altra un lettino. Nel soggiorno è inserito un divano letto. Posto auto coperto in cortile chiuso.
