On the outskirts of a small village in the Eifel, with unobstructed views over the agricultural hilly landscape with forests. Accommodation is not suitable for small children. "Apartment Trier" is a very bright, cozy apartment in the attic of a quiet house, ideally suited for solo travelers or couples, whether vacationers or professionals. Fully equipped kitchen! Separate bathroom with shower and toilet, only parquet and tile floor! Optimally located in terms of transport, either on foot (15 minutes) or by bus directly to the old town. Bus connection to the university in the immediate vicinity, as well as three supermarkets and a cafe.

In the gallery is a 160cm wide bed and a desk, downstairs a sleeping couch. My place is great for couples, solo travelers and Eifelfans. Kitchen, living room and dining room available in one room. Breakfast can be booked. (for only 12.50 euros per person) Kitchen is fully equipped. Walking bubble bath and foot massager available. No Pets! It's a non-smoking apartment. We ask that guests only smoke outdoors.

Downtown is 4 km away, there is a very good bus connection. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has its own lockable entrance. A private car parking space is located right in front of the house. The small daylight bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink.

The apartment is accessible via a small threshold of about 5 cm and has its own entrance. Directly in front of it, there are two parking spaces, a small terrace with a picnic table and a lawn which are at your disposal. The WiFi connection has been upgraded by an amplifier and works very well. A kettle grill is at your disposal. It is covered under the stairs. Please put it back there after cooling and cleaning.

It can accommodate up to 6 people and is ideal for families, hikers and all those looking for nature, peace and relaxation. Only 3 km away is the Lietzenhof golf course with its 18-hole course in the midst of beautiful nature.
