The property is located in the center of Soprabolzano in a very quiet area and is less than a 5-minute walk from the Renon Cable Car. The city of Bolzano can be reached in approx. 12 min. There are restaurants in the circumstance of the House.

Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and the city, you can enjoy untouched nature on our mountain farm. Experience everyday farm life with us. Cows, calves, cats, hens and a rooster live with us on the farm all year round.

The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a baby bed and a highchair.

A newly renovated apartment in the center of Bolzano located next to a park. An ideal starting point for exploring Bolzano and the Dolomites. All restaurants, bars and public transportation are within walking distance. 8 minutes walk to the train station. The Bolzano Card is includes free public transportation and the cable car to Renon. For travelers in July and August: NO Aircondition. We provide a fan though. Best WiFi in town: 1.000 Mbps.

Spacious and cozy studio, with double bed and sofa bed in the living area, completely renovated. Ideal for 2, it comfortably accommodates 3. Obtained from the old stable, it combines the charm of the old with the most modern comforts. Private patio at the entrance of the apartment that directly overlooks the farmyard. Dogs are welcome, their stay is subject to a supplement of €15.00 per night, to be paid upon departure.
