Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

In einer ruhigen Lage in der Natur liegt der Rautnerhof. Der Hof wird mit Passion gepflegt, Tiere und Natur stehen im Mittelpunkt. Außerdem bietet die Lage ein optimalen Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, der Teich am Hof eine optimale Abkühlung im Sommer oder Platz zum Eishockey-spielen im Winter und der Stall und die Gehege eine ausgezeichnete Möglichkeit den Tieren etwas näher zu kommen. Das Apartment bietet Platz für maximal 6 Personen und einen tollen Blick auf die Dolomiten.

An almost energy carpeted farmhouse, built from the wood from our woods. New design that's inhaled old. Local craftsmanship and beloved pieces of furniture. Clay that breathes. Wood allowed to age. Outside, laid in terraces, vegetables and grain grow, animals graze in the pastures. In addition to the 5 apartments, guests have access to a large common room with an old farmhouse parlour, tables and lounge furniture, as well as a sauna and a wooden barbecue.

Garden-level apartment with beautiful views of the village, located in a quiet but central residential area just 3 minutes from the center of town. It features two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. Cozy living room with fireplace and kitchenette. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. The apartment is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. One parking space included; additional parking available upon request.

Our apartment (85 m²) is idyllically located on the Ritten, in a quiet, listed environment on a hill. Surrounded by the breathtaking Dolomites and a short walk to the OberBolzano earth pyramids and St. Georg and Jakob Church, it is the perfect retreat for nature lovers. With the Mobilcard you can explore South Tyrol for free and enjoy free admission to many museums. Whether hiking or relaxing – here you can experience nature in picturesque scenery.

Thalerhof Naturae Lignum

The apartment Thalerhof Naturae Lignum is situated in Unterinn Ritten, which is 15 minutes by car (11 km) away from Bolzano/Bozen in South Tirol, Italy. It boasts a spectacular view of the surrounding Alps, along with newly renovated interior design, thus making it a wonderful getaway. The 45 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.

Apartment with a garden

The apartment is located in Wangen. Wangen is a small village in the municipality of Ritten and is located above Bolzano. From Bolzano we are 17km(20 min drive). You can reach us via Renon or through the Sarntal. Our village unfortunately has no grocery store. In front of the apartment is a sunbathing lawn and playground for children and a covered parking space is available for your car. In the same house is a restaurant where you can stop

Residence Stachelburg - living in historic walls

15 minutes from Bolzano and Merano is an elegant 65 sqm apartment on two floors with a separate entrance, consisting of a living room\kitchen, a bedroom (full bed) and a bathroom, to offer you a comfortable stay. The apartment is in a suitable location to reach the famous Christmas markets in a few minutes. The apartment is in a 16th century castle. On the ground floor of the castle is a small restaurant, where you can spend a nice evening.

Farmhouse Apartment 3, Renon

Spacious and cozy studio, with double bed and sofa bed in the living area, completely renovated. Ideal for 2, it comfortably accommodates 3. Obtained from the old stable, it combines the charm of the old with the most modern comforts. Private patio at the entrance of the apartment that directly overlooks the farmyard. Dogs are welcome, their stay is subject to a supplement of €15.00 per night, to be paid upon departure.

The luxurious apartment for 2-4 persons is located on the sunny side of Ortisei, in the best area of the village. Living room with kitchenette, one bed room, a bathroom, a private garden with sunlounges & 2 parking places in the garage.
