Welcome to our peaceful guest house in Nordanå, named after our brave eighty year old Chinese secoja trees. In the country but close to the city. Three minutes from the E6/E20 European highway. Ten kilometres to central Malmö. Two kilometres to the nearest shopping centre with a large supermarket, petrol station, shops and fast-food restaurants. Bus stop to Malmö is a ten minute walk away and the bus ride to central Malmö takes about 15 minutes. Lomma's beautiful beach is 13 km away and can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes.

The villa is located in Husie and is close to Bulltoftapark which offers tennis courts, gym (indoor and outdoor), café, soccer fields and frisbee golf! A quiet area with bus connections to both the city center of Malmö and to Lund. Grocery store is 5 minutes away (walking distance). The bus that goes 1 minute away from the house takes you to the pedestrian street in Malmö in 20 minutes (straight distance). The bus that goes to Lund takes 25-30 minutes (straight distance). Stugan har ett sovloft, sovrum, modernt badrum och ett mysigt vardagsrum med en öppen spis för kvällar framför brasan. Elbilsladdstation på parkeringen✅ Rekommenderat för par / familjer. Fester ej tillåtna och det är viktigt att inte hålla hög volym utomhus på kvällarna efter 21.00.

Longer terms staying guests will have access to laundry room.

Our beatyfull house is located only 5 mins by car from Malmö center and 30 minutes to Copenhagen. Its easy to get around with public transportation. The house offers everything for the family with children in the age from 3 and upp, both inside and outside. Supermarket is just across the street (3 min walking) There is also a big park with training facility and running lanes. There are also many playgrounds in the area.
