Mas Costa

Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

Apartamento inaugurado en agosto de 2023, con decoración moderna y minimalista. Dispone de unos 95 metros, lo que lo hace ideal para grupos de hasta 6 adultos. Cuenta con un total de 3 dormitorios, uno de ellos una suite. Dos de las habitaciones disponen de cama de matrimonio de 150 cms, y la tercera tiene 2 camas de 90. Es el piso perfecto para los aventureros pero también la elección óptima para un viaje de negocios al contar con conexión Wifi y con escritorios en dos de las habitaciones.

House with stunning views and sun all day

My house is vintage style, combining modern and antique furniture. It has oak parquet on the floor and the ceiling is wooden too, with large windows. It gets the sun from the time it rises until dawn. It is strategically located, with a stunning view. 20 meters away we have "the ferro route" which is where the train from Ripoll to Ogassa passed, it is an idyllic walk, you can walk or cycle. It's 15 km away. From Camprodón, just over half an hour from Vallter 2000 and 15m from Olot

Beautiful barn in a valley & river

The barn has a living room with a black kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a loft with two beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. It also has a double shower with a window to admire nature while showering. Fireplace, swimming pool, and river. And an environment with a monumental complex formed by a Romanesque church with a crypt, a modernist cemetery and an Iberian village 5 minutes away. Spectacular! 5 minutes from a rural restaurant and 10 minutes from the town/city.
