We had a great stay here! The apartment and especially the rooftop view and pool are gorgeous, and the location is amazing! Safe and directly on the beach. Carolina is also very helpful and responsive! Just one tiny room for improvement: The link to open the door is quite slow, maybe another form of (digital) key would be good!

New building and very well located in front of the beach and there is a block from the Mag mall, it offers a well-equipped gym, swimming pool, coworking and laundry. Well-equipped and furnished apartment. Very comfortable and quiet. Because it is a side apartment and has a building right next to it, it does not have much privacy and does not receive sunlight.

A beautiful, fragrant, clean, airy apartment, super well located. Brunna is super attentive. Everything is perfect. We have investments in Intermares and we will return more often to monitor the progress of the works. And, of course, we'll be staying with Rosarita again.

Nice room, good location with plenty of shops nearby. Well-equipped room with a view of the avenue. There are no parking spots for all cars, but right in front there is a parking lot of a shop that is very quiet to park.

Although the house is in need of maintenance in some respects, our stay was pleasant and the host responded with agility and cordiality.

Our stay was great. The entire family accommodated well. The house is very large and matches the photos of the ad. It is very close to the beach, which by the way is great. Hosts were super attentive, the house was super organized. The townships left chocolates, soda and juice. The house had all the basic utensils, super clean pool, including the house is much more beautiful in person than in the pictures, beautiful architecture, super airy house and comfortable .
