Eugênio's house has a great structure, very large, well equipped, full kitchen, air conditioning appliances work very well, it has a background area with a huge and very private barbecue. The balcony is very cozy and the location is perfect, on the street there is a market, a bar and almost in front of a pizzeria. The street is also very wide to leave the car parked and Eugênio is very helpful, always responding to all questions. I recommend hosting for both short and long seasons.

The accommodation is according to the photos and description on the website. For those who like place and contact with nature, a very quiet place. Great for those who want to take the boat rides from the Bar de Mamanguape. We were made to feel very welcome, and I intend to go back again and again.

I would like to record my dissatisfaction with some situations experienced in the condominium: * Lack of understanding and dialogue on the part of the trustee; * excessive restriction on the use of laundry, requiring scheduling even when the space is unoccupied and depending on the owner of the apt to schedule * Smoking in the pool area, even though it is completely open and empty; * Unfounded charges and enforcement of fines without plausible justification; * Receiving a fine when quickly entering the condominium with my small dogs, the reason alleged was the presence of a large dog on the street; * Collection of a value considered abusive for an ozone treatment, supposedly to eliminate cigarette smell. I ask that these issues be analyzed with more empathy and common sense, seeking collective well-being and a more fair and balanced coexistence for all the condominiums.

Space exactly as described. Mr. Paulo very attentive, Jacilene, who received us very kind and kind, heed all our requests. They serve very tasty dishes, order the tapioca that is quite stuffed. The place is peaceful and pleasant. very close to the beach. We only had a little nuisance with a neighbor in the next flat that made a little noise and who became uncomfortable at bedtime. I had a wonderful stay in Elisa's apartment in João Pessoa! From the first moment, I was impressed by the quality of the space, which was exactly as described in the listing. The apartment is cozy, well decorated and very clean, providing all the comfort needed to enjoy the trip. The location is great, just steps from the beach, which greatly facilitated our walks and moments of relaxation by the sea. In addition, Elisa was an incredible host, always attentive and willing to help with local tips that made our experience even more special. I recommend with closed eyes Elisa's apartment for those who wish to enjoy a pleasant stay in João Pessoa. Sure, I'll be staying there again for a next visit!

Very good location with bakery, 24h banking terminal, restaurant, pizzeria, pharmacy, fuel station and the beach, all close by. The flat exactly matches the picture with everything working. When it is necessary to talk to Felipe, the return was fast and efficient. Reception staff also super polite and helpful. Anyway, returning to JP will certainly stay in that same place.

Our stay was extremely pleasant. The place is beautiful, cozy, clean, with lots of green area, easy to access and with a silence that only brings peace. The kitchenette has a minibar, kitchenware and a one-burner electric stove that handled everything (it's very functional). Elô and her husband were very helpful and attentive. At the accommodation, there are 3 little dogs, 1 kitten and 1 kitten who are beautiful and loving ...We loved having them around. We went with our puppy and everyone became friends. I highly recommend this listing. We'll be back soon to unveil more places in this paradise called Baía da Traição.

Casa Aratu is a place of peace and very cozy. Comfortable, with all the necessary utensils, in a privileged location within easy access to the beach by the small trail and a perfect place to rest and recharge. The sustainable side of hosting is also a differential! Solar Energy, collection of recyclables, ecological fossa, everything seems to be thought for the house to live in harmony with the amazing place in which it is inserted. Gabriela was extremely solicitous, always responded quickly and did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Because it was located in a reserve area and in contact with nature, we had to deal with some animals at times like small frogs and rain ants, but nothing that hindered the good experience at Casa Aratu. We look forward to returning soon!
