Great location, the upstairs neighbors were also extremely helpful in showing us the quickest way to the beach and the cluster's private pool.

Amazing host, perfect location, in an amazing property. This villa is an ideal “try before you buy” for an Act 60 investor. I will most certainly be back; the sooner, the better!

Absolutely loved our stay at this villa inside the Wyndham Rio Mar Resort! It was peaceful, private, and had everything we needed—fully equipped kitchen, comfy queen bed, spacious shower, and even a balcony with stunning views of the golf course and ocean. The shuttle made it easy to get to the beach, bars, and restaurants, and the resort amenities like the golf course, tennis courts, and beach club were a great bonus. It’s also super close to El Yunque, which was a must-see! The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing, and the host was friendly, helpful, and full of great local tips. We’ll definitely be back!

Mrs Renee was very attentive even before I made it to the villa. I had to fly out of Newark and she was forwarding information she would see about news with delays or cancellations. She was very responsive and provided very good instructions to get to and out of the grounds where the villa was. From the gate to the villa is quite a distance but she advised of this in advance. A car is a must, not so much of an option, if you’re staying at this villa. The place was cozy with a beautiful view. The place was clean and she had a very kind gesture for my daughter since it was her sixteenth bday. Overall, the place was perfect for our short stay.
