Beautiful home! Definitely a great place to stay if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The host was very responsive and friendly to any questions we had.

Our experience was good, the house complied with everything presented in the listing. The owner went out of her way to make the pool ready for our stay. We were the first to premiere😊. It's missing a few details, but I know they're going to work it out. We would have liked the beds in the secondary rooms to be made of wood. In general, everything is good.

Booked this gorgeous house for the weekend to celebrate my Mom’s birthday, and honestly, it couldn’t have been more perfect. The place was spotless, exactly like the photos, and in a lovely gated community that felt super safe. Just a short spin from the beach, and the amenities were absolutely class — everything we needed and more. Tatiana & Heyler were brilliant hosts, always quick to respond and really easy to deal with. We were even able to check out a bit later, which was a lovely bonus. Thanks again for helping make my Mom’s birthday so special — we had a beautiful stay. Would 100% recommend!

Very nice accommodation! The house and the details match the description, the host Philip is in constant communication, attentive to any need. The kitchen is spacious and has the necessary utensils for the stay. Each room has its own private, spacious bathroom with hot water. The terrace is spacious, very convenient for a stay with pets, as was our case. The pool is heated. Overall, it was a pretty comfortable stay.

The place is quite clean and equipped with the necessary amenities for any guest. The beach and pool area is very nice and clean, as well as being exclusive to guests/residents. There is a pool bar that opens during the day, the guests are very respectful. Definitely ideal for someone who wants to disconnect and be quiet as a family or couple. Veena attentive to every question we had and the communication flowed quite easy.

Chantal was a wonderful and extremely responsive. Her apartment was nicer than the photos and the view from the windows and balcony were beautiful. Not sure how different things are during the dry season, but our visit during the rainy season was peaceful and relaxing. Had the rooftop pool and lower deck pool to ourselves, paired with serene walks on the beach. Encounters with residents in the building were pleasant and the building’s staff were warm and friendly. Can’t wait to visit again.

The place is beautiful. 😍 Super nice and comfortable, everything clean, and the house is super well equipped. The perfect terrace to lie down and rest after the beach and the social areas are very good. Many thanks to José, the host, for always being attentive and super attentive to everything. 🙌🏽 You can tell when someone really wants you to have a good experience. We had an amazing time. Highly recommended if you want to relax and unwind relatively close to the city 🏖️🍹

Such a little treasure in Buenaventura. Will definitely book again. Very well stocked kitchen and so beautifully decorated. We really enjoyed calling this place home for a few nights!

We really enjoyed our stay. We were a group of five for five days. The beach access and view is great. highly recommend bringing planning to cook at least some of your meals as many of the restaurants in the area close before supper. The apartment is well set up for cooking and the BBQ area was awesome. The one bedroom only has a partial wall without a door which was ok for our group but may not be alright for everyone. Overall great stay and would stay again.

I love this place, everything you need is walking distance. Very clear instructions and everything works very well. We need assistance with bathroom and host quickly resolve early morning. Amazing views and facility. Super comfortable.

The place is very nice, I have been before, this time we used the grill, the gym, everything was excellent, we took our pet and enjoyed the stay. Very quiet, to disconnect. Recommended.

Loved our stay at Manuel's place. The hosts were very responsive and friendly when we communicated with them. Always on top of everything. The condo has a beautiful view where you can enjoy the sunrise and sunsets.

The place is perfect for a weekend with family, the apartment complex has pools and amenities for children and teens, and is at a walking distance from the beach. The apartment has all to make you feel comfortable and also there is a small restaurant by the pool/beach area. I look forward to come back. Beautiful place.

Place has everything you need. It is beautifully furnished, ample space and all that is required for a pleasant trip. More than enough linens and towels, fully stocked kitchen (great to have an airfrier). Cleanliness was spot on. Will definitely come back soon. Communication since the first day was on top. Great value. The house is located in a beachfront building and boasts a beautiful glass window with a superb view, which enhances the experience. It also has a 24-hour concierge, a service that adds comfort and security. Jorge is a proactive and responsive host, always available to respond to and resolve any needs. The cleaning is perfect, everything was impeccable when you arrived. Wi-Fi and air conditioning work well. The area offers little or nothing. You must absolutely have a car. ** Improvement areas:** The apartment would need some maintenance, maybe to fix some small details. In addition, the kitchen supply is minimal, it may be useful to add some extra utensils or accessories for those who want to cook during the stay.
