The stay was excellent! The site is very well located, which made our tours a lot easier. The space was exactly like in the pictures: super cozy, clean and well-organized. Inside the expected, attentive host, super safe, good location, beautiful view, comfortable in every detail, only negative is because you can't take advantage of the balcony due to the air conditioning that overheats the area. No more, great cost-benefit.

The gated condominium is safe and has a wonderful pool, as well as being facing the sea. We highly recommend!

The stay was great. The house is cozy and very spacious. Sleeping and waking up to the sound of the sea was wonderful. The beach is very good and very quiet.

The apartment is excellent! We loved our time staying at Carmen's apartment. The location is perfect, close to everything, we just walk. In addition, Carmen was so careful that she even left some treats for us like beer and cold cuts. The view is amazing, comfortable bed, well equipped with towels, beach towels, among other amenities. Whenever we needed something, Carmen responded promptly. If we go back to Natal, we'll stay there again if we have the opportunity.

very quiet place,on arrival you may think that it is not good because there is a building with a work embargoed on the side,but as soon as you enter and rise everything changes,the landscape is spectacular,the condominium is well taken care of, a clean pool,and the very spacious and ventilated apartment,for those who want tranquility, privacy,can come without fear. downtown Pitangui is a bit still and for you to arrive in Christmas takes a certain 30 minutes,to the black tip 1 hour,to Jenipabu is close and the beach is very beautiful and great for bathing,you can go by ferry if you want a rsrsr adventure. The graçandu beach in front of the tbm condominium is very good,the Pitangui lagoon is 5 minutes away and is very good tbm. the only point that I think could improve would be the beds, we slept peacefully,but maybe other people do not sleep as well as they are springs. In the end,all wonderful,we intend to return for sure,I miss lying on the hammock , on that spectacular balcony.

The house is wonderful, much more beautiful than the pictures show. The three private ground-floor en-suites in an intimate area, airy rooms with high ceilings, spacious bathrooms. The TV room, combined with the airy dining room, the sofas are right in the breeze coming from the sea, very pleasant. The living spaces are beautiful and pleasant. The pool area is a distinguishing feature of the house. A spacious table in the barbecue and pizza oven environment, which is combined with the pool. Excellent! The location is very good, right on the sand. The sea is wonderful, depending on the day and time the sea becomes a swimming pool, very good for children, adults and the elderly, who could enjoy the sea, which was wonderful. The highlight, what most differentiates and enhances the stay are the caretakers Haroldo and Josi, who made a hotel breakfast, left the house impeccable, helpful, polite, friendly. We stayed in the privacy of a home, with the comfort and convenience of a resort.

The communication with the owner was quick from the beginning, he was very helpful to answer my doubts regarding the check in. The location of the apartment is good, has supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants nearby; the guest can perform small tasks and have access to the beach without the need for a car.

A dream! It was 4 spectacular days, the house and the pool were very clean, internet worked well, everything was very organized and well prepared for the reception, Neide with a note 10 assistance! The house is exactly as advertised. The road to the condominium is super easy and fast, a quiet, quiet region with plenty of nature. I spent Easter with my family at Fernanda's house and it couldn't have been better. A Naiara, the cook that Fernanda indicated, was great! The seafood rice and the pudding she made were divine. She prepared everything with great care and attention before we arrived. The house is on a beautiful beach, the pool is delicious. It couldn't have been better! Let's come back more often!

We love staying in the apartment! Luciano was great always responded quickly, polite and organized. The location is perfect, facing the sea and next to the hill of the bald! Air conditioners cooled very well! The only observation is that, to get to the apartment, you go down a long staircase, so for those who have difficulty locomotion can be a point to observe. Our group liked it a lot, I definitely recommend it and would come back other times!
