We have a double sofa bed in the living room which can sleep 2.

The building is historic and notified. The floors are entirely made of wood and the ceiling has exposed beams. The furniture is of quality and the amenities are complete, for a comfortable stay as if you were a local. The house is very warm and welcoming. The Fondamenta is full of life and trendy clubs.

A modern kitchen is presented with sleek white cabinets and stainless steel appliances. A spacious work area is visible, complemented by a table and light-toned chairs nearby. Textured walls enhance the ambiance, while exposed wooden beams add character to the ceiling.

Peoco flat: a sunny nest, full of character

Quite fascinating space, due to a tasteful refurbishing, where each detail has been carefully designed. It Is on the second floor, under the roof beams, of a small building situated right behind the main street “ Strada nuova” . Bright, confortable, cosy and quiet. Has windows on 2 sides and overlooks roofs, a canal and an open area. At 1 min walk there are 2 supermarkets, many food shops, restaurants, pizzerie, wine bars…you could not expect more. Two waterbus stops are at 2/5 min walk.

My accommodation is very close to public transport to and from airport,railway ,piazzale roma (bus and car ) Rialto and S.Marco! (which can also be reached on foot !)It is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and families (with children)
