Such an epic spot right where you need to be. Walking distance to everything from the point to the shops on 41st. It’s such a cute spot.

Great location and awesome view from the room. Food and drinks are super close and we did not have to drive much at all during our stay. We will definitely be back.

This cottage was the perfect getaway for a long weekend with friends and a small dog. The bathroom was super clean, and we enjoyed hanging out in the front yard and being able to walk to the beach and shops, etc. Gabriel was super responsive, helpful and friendly! Will definitely be returning.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time on the deck above the creek. Surrounded by beauty and the sounds of the creek created a sweet spot! The lighting was an excellent touch. The accommodations had everything that you need and the bed was extremely comfortable! We would stay again!!!

This neighborhood is safe and peaceful. We have stayed at The Dunes numerous times over the last 4 years. Lisa’s home is beautiful and inviting. We all felt very comfortable and relaxed. It is such a gorgeous area and the staff at the front gate is always so helpful too. I had to reach out to Lisa multiple times throughout our stay and each time her responses were quick and respectful. It was a delight to chat with her and we are definitely planning to come back and would rent this home again.

Our favorite part was the walk to the expansive beach. The resort is very nice, and the condo was great.

Perfect for a peaceful holiday within walking distance of a beautiful beach, warm heated pools and stunning coastal views. The apartment was super clean, quiet and we made use of the gas fireplace in evenings for heat and atmosphere. I was able to park in front of the property no problems. Will definitely stay again!

I stayed here with a few of my bridesmaids while looking for a wholesome weekend getaway near Monterey and Carmel-by-the-Sea, and this place absolutely exceeded our expectations. The home is nestled in a beautiful, private community that felt safe, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing—perfect for unwinding and bonding before the big day. The views from the property were absolutely stunning. Whether we were sipping coffee in the morning or enjoying a glass of wine in the evening, the scenery was breathtaking and added such a magical touch to our stay. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, which made everything so smooth and stress-free. We also loved how easy it was to get around. Whether we were exploring charming shops and restaurants in Carmel-by-the-Sea or spending time along the coast in Monterey, everything was conveniently close and accessible. This spot was ideal for creating special memories, and I would absolutely recommend it.

Pacific Breeze was a fantastic place to stay, beautiful setting, comfortable accommodations, well equipped, very clean and excellent communication and response to our questions. Our family enjoyed every minute of our stay from comfortable beds, upgraded bathrooms, well appointed and clean kitchen to tasteful decor. Everything we wanted or could need was available and we felt welcomed and comfortable. The access to the beach was easy and the room stocked with beach necessities and extras was a huge bonus. We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It’s absolutely perfect and has everything you could possibly need. We were especially delighted to find chopsticks, which totally made our day since we were planning to have ramen and thought we’d have to use forks! The view from the condo is stunning, like something out of a movie, and it was such a treat to have easy access to the beach. Watching the sunset was one of the highlights of our trip. The host was very responsive and provided clear, helpful instructions for everything, from check-in and check-out to using the washer. The check-in process with the gate attendant was smooth and made us feel extra secure. Everything was super clean and thoughtfully prepared. We stayed at several Airbnbs along Route 1, and this one was undoubtedly the best. Highly recommend!

Anne’s cottage on the beach was absolutely wonderful! It’s such a special place—my family and I had a peaceful, relaxing stay. The views of the ocean are beautiful, and the beach is just steps away. We also loved having a few local restaurants within walking distance. Anne was the sweetest host—so kind, responsive, and attentive. She made sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. The house was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. We truly hope to stay here again someday.

Loved our stay! The view was beautiful, could hear the ocean waves, close to the pool/spa and hotel shuttle to the beach was fabulous. The room was clean and had everything we needed for us and our 2 kids. Greg’s communication was great. Will definitely book again!

We have stayed at many beach hotels and apartments and this may have been the best. Beautiful view of the beach, which is pretty quiet. And you can walk on the beach for a couple of hours in either direction. Also really enjoyed the location in Watsonville, which is the strawberry capital of the US. And nice to have Monterey and Santa Cruz nearby. Communicaiton with Pajaro Dunes was very good and helpful. Look forward to coming back.
