The property was advertised. The location was perfect and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook, granted you bring all of the ingredients needed to cook. The views were perfect, and the patio area was huge compared to the other units. Check in was super simple as was check out. I will definitely be back.

This is the perfect spot for exploring Pacific Grove and Monterey. The shops of PG and Lovers Point Beach are both steps away. The kitchen is well-stocked with tools.

My husband and I stayed here for our one year wedding anniversary and it was such a beautiful place to stay! Supper cozy and romantic! Even better in person than the pictures! All of the large windows overlooking the ocean was so awesome! And you can go to sleep listening to the ocean waves! This place is literally right on the beach! Like steps away which was awesome! And only like 15 min drive from Santa Cruz! The check in & check out process was super easy which was great! We did have a problem with ants wanting to attack the kitchen but other than that we have no complaints! Thank you!

Stayed with my husband and parents here for our wedding week that was happening in the area. The place was plenty spacious for 4 people! Much better than a hotel room would’ve been. Gave us quality time cooking in the kitchen and hanging out in the living room, enjoying the hottub & heated pool and the beach! The ocean view from the dining table and the front porch is STUNNING!! The place is nice, well kept, and has everything you need! Any small things that popped up, Patti was helpful and fixed right away! Would definitely stay here again!!

Everything was great! The unit had everything you could possibly need for a trip (stocked bathroom, stocked kitchen, tons of extra towels and blankets). The neighborhood was also very quiet, which was great because we're light sleepers. I would definitely recommend this spot and would stay again.

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and thoughtfulness—fresh local flowers, many beautiful books related to the neighborhood in reading material. The space was immaculately clean, beautifully designed, with everything I could need—toiletries to fast Wi-Fi .The host went above and beyond, checking in to ensure everything was perfect. It felt less like a rental and more like a five-star boutique hotel with the heart of a home. This was an ideal place for me as it was a close, scenic drive to where I was participating in a 3 day dog sports event. The home was quiet, clean, inviting, had all the amenities and a very comfortable bed. I loved having the private outside patio. I especially enjoyed being welcomed by Gary and Irene who were a most delightful couple and gracious hosts.

This was a fantastic place to stay!! The only odd aspect was an 8:00 pm curfew. Otherwise, it was very clean, well managed and comfortable. The view is amazing and the walk to the beach is 💯

Our favorite part was the walk to the expansive beach. The resort is very nice, and the condo was great.

Loved our stay. The room ended up being a one bedroom suite which was amazing and so spacious. The view was amazing and the property was beautiful. I wish we dedicated a full day to stay on the resort to make the most out of the cost. Would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at David's condo. It had a lovely view of the ocean, and was very clean and well appointed. There was plenty of information about amenities, and things to do. David is a great communicator & host. This is a ground level condo in the main building, so we heard workers using gas powered trimmers and power washing the building beginning at 9:00am in the morning. Luckily, David provides earplugs in the condo, which came in handy.

The location of the condo was superb. The few minute walk to the beach was so convenient and the view was breathtaking. Everything was clean inside and the parking garage was directly around the corner. I would come here again.
