Holiday rentals with a patio in Ringwood

Great little flat in Windsor/St Kilda area, with a tram stop right outside and another a few minutes walk away, to get into the city. Owner was very kind and responsive, made the stay easier and stress free. Would stay again if in Melbourne again!

Susie's Airbnb was exactly what my mum and I needed for our Melbourne visit and we had a lovely stay. Great location near two train stations, walkable to Carnegie cafes and shops, nice parks nearby. The apartment itself was extremely comfortable and well-provisioned - every time we thought of something we needed, we found it: hairdryer, condiments, cooking equipment, iron, washer/dryer, cereal and milk, extra blankets and towels. The heating worked well, both beds were comfortable, the apartment was in a quiet and peaceful area and was nicely decorated without being cluttered. Highly recommend.

We had an AMAZING stay! John and Alice have done a wonderful job with this Airbnb. It was perfect for a weekend away. Close to restaurants, shopping, Spencer street station, location was great! The apartment was clean, safe and exactly as described. The easily accessible tram line made our daily commute into the city easy and hassle free. Excellent local coffee and a beautiful walk in the park across the road were great for unwinding from a busy day. Our host was quick to respond to any communication, offering early check in and checking that everything was okay on my arrival. I would absolutely stay there again.

We all had a lovely stay. The apartment is very comfortable, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen with everything you need and pristine bathrooms. The checkin details are easy to follow and the apartment suited our needs perfectly.

Emily was a wonderful host and very accommodating. She has done an outstanding job with the apartment decorating it with taste and style. I’d happily stay there again.

Lee’s place was fantastic for overnight stay in Melbourne. Walking distance to the city, restaurants, bars, theatre district. Parking on site was very convenient. Small car recommended. I would not hesitate to stay at Lee’s place again.

Have to admit I like the house and neighbourhood. It is comfortable, has a lot of room, and is close to a park where the neighbours frequent with kids and dogs. We enjoyed the evening walks around. The close proximity to the Glen, a shopping mall was a big plus. That said, Mary was super responsive to our queries and needs, and we appreciated the care she took to help us ease in.

My family and I stayed at Cynthia's place for 3 nights. It was perfect for us, as we have 3 (nearly) adult children - we each had our own bathroom which was a huge plus! So clean and tidy. Cynthia was so quick to respond when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again if we travel back to Melbourne.

This house is everything we hoped it would be, a relaxed and comfortable escape from the city without having to go far. The hosts are incredibly contactable and Andrew was really friendly when he showed us through the house. The views from the house through the tree tops is beautiful, while the well stocked wood pile kept us warm while we stayed. The bedrooms were a great size and the bathrooms nice and clean. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking over a few days stay. We loved it and would definitely return!

Samantha’s house was beautiful and in the mountains. Such a peaceful and quiet get away and everything was so scenic. The house itself was a cabin in the woods vibe but modernly decorated and renovated and SO homely. Samantha gave us some great food recommendation and there’s so much to do in the surrounding areas, nature walks etc. would definitely come back and highly recommend to anyone who is thinking about it

This is the second time I have stayed at David’s beautiful home. Can’t thank him enough he is very responsive and clear with instructions to get inside. Once you are inside it’s absolutely magical. Views are incredible and the house is just so perfect. Can not recommend this place enough and I can’t wait to go back again one day. 5 stars

We really enjoyed our stay at Clare Cottage. The place is so clean, cozy and homey. Loving the tranquility of it yet it is close to lots of tourist attractions. Samantha has been very responsive and sweet. Will definitely coming back in the future.

LOVED staying in Vanessa’s place - she was very responsive, the place was comfortable, spacious, stylish, and clean. Vanessa provided so much helpful local advice and information in a booklet, and the location couldn’t be beat. Thank you Vanessa!

Andrew was the perfect host - he was super helpful, responsive and offered to stay up late in case I had issues getting in, given my late arrival time. Communication was great and very open to helping where possible. The apartment itself was lovely and views were fantastic being on the top floor. You could still hear a lot of the traffic and trams however so perhaps bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper but otherwise not a big deal, just one of the things about being in an urban area. I was there for work so was a very quick stay but it was a close walk for where I needed to be which was great, thanks for having me Andrew and being a fantastic host!

좋은 위치와 아주 깨끗하며 훌륭한 시티뷰를 보여주는 숙소였습니다 또한 Selina의 빠른 피드백이 좋았고, 늦은 체크아웃 배려에 여행에서의 에너지 충전에 많은 도움이 되었습니다. 모두 다 좋았습니다. 다만, 한가지 힘들었던점은 6월은 멜버른이 너무 춥다는 것입니다. 방에 히터가 잘 작동하지않아 (히터 작동 시 원인을 알 수 없는 큰 소음 지속 발생) 정말 많이 추웠습니다. 하지만, 이것은 날씨의 문제이므로 두꺼운 옷을 입는 등으로 충분히 극복할 수 있을 것입니다. 그외 모든 것들은 완벽했습니다. 다음 방문에도 Selina의 숙소를 선택하고 싶습니다. 감사합니다.

We had a lovely stay at Nick’s apartment. Perfect for the 3 of us. Loved the mid century modern vibes and the location was great - felt like you were in a peaceful little neighbourhood but only a couple of blocks from great restaurants and shops. Bernadette was very attentive and we really appreciated the later checkout so we didn’t have to take our luggage around with us on our last day. Would love to stay again.

An amazing apartment in an idillic setting and suburb. Close to shops at Camberwell Junction and plenty of cafes. Loved the bakery, cafe downstairs.

Karen is a very nice host and being very flexible. Her communication is excellent and her apartment is nice and big enough to stay for 2 people. The carpark is also easily accessed and the visitor parking also helps a lot.

Repeat customers and love coming and staying here. So close to the city and the tennis and the footy and the river bank. Great communication and extremely helpful in answering any questions. Thanks again and look forward to our next stay.
