Several areas with both shade and sun. Outdoor kitchen for barbecuing. Road all the way up. Only a few steps up. Washing water from pump on the terrace and drinking water is piped up. Take an outdoor shower or enjoy a lovely swim in the fresh water right below. You can fish for free, without a fishing license. The photos will differ somewhat, as they are taken from the sales ad. But the furniture is the same.

This small charming house is located in the first row to the sea on Nesbrygga, which is located on Nøtterøy. The house is renovated and maintains a consistently high standard. Beautiful views of the strait both outside and inside, good sun conditions and amazing sunsets. (no sun guarantee even on the sunny coast;) Swimming opportunities are two minutes walk from the house, and otherwise there are several nice beaches nearby. This is a nice place with lots of charm and good atmosphere with all the possibilities to create good holiday memories.

Within a walk of max 10 minutes you will find Ringshaugstranda, Sjøsiden Restaurant, gym, bowling and Redningen Restaurant. Beautiful hiking areas and the coastal path can be found right outside the door. This is the perfect base for their Tønsberg holiday!

Best suited for 4 people but also works well with 6 people if you have an extra mattress😊
