Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

This room offers the comfort of an apartment, as it was a one-room apartment in the 1960s. After a loving renovation, you enter via the front door/stairwell on the ground floor. It features a spacious shower room. The room is equipped with a double bed (160x200), a 50-inch Full HD TV (including Prime) and a 3D Blu-ray player, as well as a small refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and dishes, including coffee and various teas. Free parking is available directly in front of our building.

Kaiserhaus Harald Astner Ebbs Studio 1

Genießen Sie schöne Tage im Kaiserhaus mit Garten & wunderbarem Blick auf die Berge. Ein 200 Jahre altes Holzhaus wurde hier in der Nähe abgetragen und neben meinen Haus wieder aufgebaut. Das neue (alte) Holzhaus wurde sehr ökologisch und auf neuestem Stand wieder hergerichtet. Dieses Studio wurde fast nur mit altem & neuem Holz ausgekleidet - man sieht noch die alte Handwerkskunst. Dennoch ist auch das Moderne wie Beamer, Alexa Sprachsteuerung eingebaut. Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.

Our accommodation is located between Lake Chiemsee and the Alps, Salzburg and Munich. You can explore Lake Chiemsee, the mountains and the adjacent nature reserve nearby via wonderful cycling and hiking trails. Good bus and train connections. Not far from Salzburg and Munich! Welcome to the beautiful and newly equipped apartment in a secluded location with mountain views and an outdoor Jacuzzi. Above the village of Aßling with supermarkets, restaurants, gas station, bakery. To the train station it's a 5 min walk, from there you can take the train to Munich in about 21 min and to Rosenheim in 15 min, further to Salzburg.... (i.e. you can also arrive without a car. If we can arrange it, we will be happy to pick you and your suitcases up from the station).

Quiet and bright apartment in the hiking paradise of Samerberg. Dream location in the countryside, surrounded by meadows, forests and fields. Hiking, swimming, cycling and much more. Close to the Samerberger Filze natural pool, Lake Chiemsee and mountains. Very suitable for bike friends (Samerberg Bike Park) - hikers (Hochries, Heuberg, Kampenwand, Wendelstein...). Ma Bastide is located in Bad Endorf, which is also called the gateway to Chiemgau. Bad Endorf itself has a lot to offer and has a 1A transport connection to Munich or Salzburg. Just minutes from Ma Bastide is a wonderful thermal spa that invites you to relax. In the "Gut Immling," art and culture lovers will also get their money's worth. The Simseeklinik and the spa gardens are also close to the property.

Wendelstein Room "Your own hotel room"

In the annex of our house, with a private entrance, the 16 sqm room is located in the rural-modern style. The bathroom (toilet, sink, shower) is separated by a sliding door. From the mini fridge to the wardrobe, this room has everything you would expect from a 3-star hotel. TV and cable TV are provided. Order and cleanliness are our top priority.
