Fully equipped, air-conditioned apartment 45 minutes from Nice airport and its beaches, in the Vésubie valley, at the gateway to the Mercantour National Park and the Route des Grandes Alpes, with many outdoor activities and places of interest nearby. There is a Carrefour Market open 7 days a week and a 24-hour gas station 10 minutes from the property by car. The first restaurant is in the center of the village 5 minutes drive away, I can book you a table there.

Equipped ground floor studio with a quick access from a free car parking. You will find a comfortable sofa-bed easy to unfold and fold up. Also a overlaid bed 90 x 190 cm.
