Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

A large living/sleeping area and a separate kitchen with dining area are available to guests. Directly adjacent to the apartment, a small terrace with barbecue facilities invites you to relax and linger, where you can end the day with a glass of wine after an eventful day.

The existing sofa bed can accommodate 2 people. Those who like to spend their evenings in the fresh air will find space on the balcony. The bedroom is spacious and can accommodate 2 persons, as well as a travel cot for children.

The 2-room apartment with bathroom and fully equipped kitchen is a 2-minute walk from the market square. The Ulmer Hof tram stop is right in front of the property. The apartment is in the center of Würzburg, so it can get noisy on weekends despite good insulation. We provide bed linens and towels, as well as spices, tea, coffee and a small gift from Franconia to make your stay and time enjoyable.

Oberdürrbach is a district of Würzburg, is 100 m above the center and is surrounded by meadows and fields.
