The house is in the heart of the historic center, within walking distance of the sea. The windows overlook the roofs of Pesaro and the terrace is a small jewel where you can spend the summer evenings with family and friends. Winter days, on the other hand, will be cheered by the fireplace. The spaces preserve the typically Italian flavor, thanks to terracotta floors and ancient Marche doors. Beautiful 1920s apartment, completely renovated for 1 year with luxury materials, independent entrance and parking space. Floor heating on parquet floors, air conditioning and wifi. 40 metres from the sea. Just cross the road and you're on the sea. Very bright is on the promenade where you will find many shops, bars, restaurants and sanitary facilities. Very well soundproofed. We look forward to a wonderful stay in Rimini.
