Our house is located in Čižići, approximately 50 meters from the beach. The property boasts a quiet and secluded location with shaded on-site parking. The apartment has a private entryway/balcony, and a big terrace with the beautiful sea and garden views. Inside is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed , bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining room, and living room with a pull-out sofa. In the back of the house we have common dining and BBQ area and outside shower to enjoy.

Quiet cottage in the city center

U ovom ugodnom smještaju u centru grada Rijeke sve vam je nadohvat ruke. Iako se nalazi u centru, ovaj smještaj nudi veliki vrt te se nalazi u maloj mirnoj ulici. U vrtu se nalazi konoba s unutrašnjim kaminom za roštilj. Kućica je novo uređena te je svime opremljena. 25 minuta pješke potrebno je do prve plaže na Pećinama (gradskom kupalištu). Također postoje plaze na Kantridi koja su udaljene autom otprilike 14 minuta i u Kostreni koje su udaljene autom 15 minuta.

Villa Jelena is an indigenous coastal house, completely isolated on a property of 20,000 m2. It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.

Our property, Patrician's House, built in stone at the end of the 17th century. Originally Patrician's House. The house is full of historical features. It includes two apartments on the 1st floor, classic style. It also has a large communal space on the ground floor with a fireplace, and a beautiful courtyard, an oasis of serenity and relaxation.
