It was a wonderful holiday in a perfect house with a quiet and very private environment. The pool was great. The house was modern and newly furnished. Just as it was described in the pictures. We would all like to come back here next year.

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. I highly recommend it, it was definitely not our last stay in this place. The house is wonderfully furnished and equipped. Localization is perfect for a peaceful rest.

Staying at the cottage was amazing, felt like we were there for weeks because it felt like home. The place is spacious and has everything you need for a cozy nature getaway. The location is perfect, short drives to hiking paths, the sea and the city. Mirna is a lovely host so definitely 100% recommend this place.

My family and I had a lovely week. The house was beautifully decorated and the amenities were nice. The pool allowed us to have a pleasant time with the children. Having a barbecue was a big advantage. The house was full of privacy. We had a calm, enjoyable time. The host was friendly and kind. We recommend it to everyone. If you're looking for a place to take a break from your fast-paced life, you're here! Clean, tidy, with lots of natural amenities in the area. I recommend to everyone except those who have a problem that the stairs to the sleeping area are steep, and the ones that lead to the bathroom are narrow and spiral. We're happy, we'll be back on another occasion! :)

I had a wonderful stay at an Rbnb in Lovran, Croatia. The location is simply unbeatable – just steps from the sea. There are great restaurants in the area offering local specialties. Our hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. All in all, a clear recommendation for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation on the Croatian coast!

Perfect Workation Spot with Amazing Hospitality! We had an incredible stay at Oliver's place! The accommodation was clean, stylish, and super comfortable – everything we needed for a relaxing and productive visit. We were doing a workation, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, making it easy to stay connected and get work done without any issues. It was the perfect balance of work and leisure. The pool was definitely a highlight – clean, refreshing, and a great way to unwind after work hours. What made the experience even more special was the hospitality of our host. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. We received honey snaps and fresh picked cherries. One two evenings, we even grilled together with the host, which was such a fun and unexpected highlight. It felt like staying with friends rather than just booking a place. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended.

We are happy with the place, it was easy to find. It has a beautiful view of the sea, ideal for sipping morning coffee. The place is just right for a couple or 2 people. I recommend it to others.

The six of us really enjoyed the stay in Matulji. Despite the fact that the garden is on the track, we have not been bothered by this. The train only comes a few times a day. The garden is beautifully maintained and the pool was super nice. The rooms inside were a bit on the warm/ stuffy side, due to the shutters. The facilities were great, the kitchen well equipped and sufficient barbecue tools. Good to know that the hosts live above the accommodation and have to give a lot of attention to the garden to maintain it well. As a result, we sometimes missed some privacy, because someone is regularly messing around in the garden while you are at the pool. If you are very particular about your privacy, I recommend reconsidering this stay. Some of us thought the chat with the host a few times a day was very pleasant. Josip was very friendly and super helpful.

We spent our five nights in one of the wooden cabins and were able to enjoy the togetherness, nature and tranquility together with our dog. The outdoor kitchen had everything we needed to take care of us over the period. Miki was available to us at all times and was very helpful (picking up firewood, round recommendations, etc.) Her hospitable nature showed Miki and his partner above all by bringing us local apple juice from the neighboring village. All in all, a very successful stay to unwind and feel comfortable. We highly recommend this place.

Toralf and Marina are very hospitable and have served us coffee and cake right after the strenuous drive. Very idyllic location. By the pool you could only hear the birds chirping. You have a view of the sea. Every now and then you get a nice visit from the two cats Mia and Lucy, who are happy about petting. Betty the dear dog also greets you when you come back from a trip. The house has everything needed and more. Medulin also has everything you need: grocery stores, a beautiful harbor with good restaurants and a beach. Always happy to come back. Everythink was great! Nature is beautiful. Miki is very nice and helpful host.

My partner and I were Miki's guests for only 2 nights but with great regret because the place was worth a longer stop. If you want a real dip in the nature and tranquility of a remote place but without sacrificing the comforts of accommodations and amenities (everything is very new and well functional) then it is the place for you! We thank our host Miki and his daughter for the attention to detail, the delicious hospitality they offered us, we will definitely be back!

Beautiful house, great view, lovely wood stove. Noisy neighbours: Bronsty deer😜. Nature is very close here. What a wonderful place to disconnect from civilization. Incidentally, great internet coverage (KPN). Being able to make beautiful walks from the house. We were able to charge our electric car for free in Skrad! (Elen network) The Ioniq 5 went smoothly across the forest and gravel paths to the house. Definitely recommend if you are looking for peace!
