Very nice house with great pool. Perfect for a relaxing holiday with privacy.

I've just returned from a 1 week stay and there were 4 adults and 1 baby. The baby room (wasn't on the listing) was excellent and very well equipped and this made our stay so much better. The property was beautiful and well described, but the pictures don't so it justice. The host was lovely and very helpful when we needed her and we will hopefully come and stay again in the future. A floor plan would be even more helpful for future guests because bedrooms on the ground floor and the baby room are big selling points for families or those with disabilities.

We stayed with three families at Villa Laura and were super satisfied. The house is a perfect size, everything was as described and very clean. Requests were always and super quick to respond to inquiries - we'd love to come back!

We had a great time with a group of seven in this beautiful, quiet holiday home on the mountain. The pool was refreshing, the whirlpool cuddly warm. Our hosts were always available to us for questions and problems. For our last evening, they recommended a delicious fish restaurant in nearby Klenovica. In the evening it was often very windy, but there were enough covered retreats in the house and in the lower area. There are numerous beaches, pretty villages in the surrounding area, and a visit to the Plivice Lakes National Park (2 hours' drive) is worth a day trip. Fantastic house, four bedrooms each with private bathroom. Outdoor kitchen area was our favourate spot. Very large pool. Had a wonderful time with the family. Igor takes great care of the property and its surrounding. The olive tree area adds a peaceful view. Always helpful for any questions.

Laura's house is located in the middle of a fantastic garden, which she lovingly maintains. We spent a lot of time by the pool and at the house and drove to the nearby beach in the late afternoon. It was perfect for us and we will definitely come back. Thank you, Laura

Amazing Airbnb Very clean, modern and private. The host also gave us good recommendation about the area The Jacuzzi and the pool are amazing aswell.

The house is quiet and secluded and has a large garden. The pool is very large and heated (27 degrees), which our granddaughters and we enjoyed very much. Very nice whirlpool and various play options. The furnishings are modern and very complete. Unfortunately, there is no sun protection at the pool, but this is understandable, as umbrellas are damaged by the wind. One tip would be to install a manual slat roof, which is very stable. But all in all a beautiful house, in which we felt very comfortable and would like to come back.

Great place for a relaxed holiday with family. The house is beautiful, the swimming pool is a dream and the view is stunning. There is a shop just outside the property , very handy! The only thing I wish there was a sidewalk so one could go for a stroll. The owner is very friendly and responsive. We highly recommend!

We enjoyed a great time in the villa Aurelia. The house is perfect for many people with all the equipments needed. On top you can enjoy good time with the table tennis, snooker or the jacuzzi. The place is very quiet and well located close to Labin old center and all the shops. Zoran was a very nice host, always reactive with very good recommendations in the area!

Just really a lovely holiday. I was there with 3 grown up kids 18,20 and 21. Perfect place. Absolutely need a car but Crikvencia was just a 10 - 15 min drive and we popped there every day for groceries, restaurants and an afternoon at the beach. Andreja was just lovely and the place impeccable. Highly recommended.

The check-in was easy to do and flexible. The place was clean and had all the amenities listed. Unfortunately, We stayed at the end of December and the pool was not usable as it was not possible to heat it up enough. Our dogs were perfectly safe and happy walking around the area. Place is very quiet and isolated. Will definitely consider going back another time

An absolutely charming stay in a superb villa. The construction was of very high quality and the building was quiet, spacious and very comfortable. The amenities, especially the pool, and even MORE SO the jacuzzi and sauna (personal favorites) made the stay seem like being in a private spa. The location is wonderful. Delightfully windy roads lead from small village to small village, until you reach Villa Poji which looks out on gorgeous countryside. There are some great places to visit within 20 minutes, MOST great Istrian locales within an hour, but often it’s best to just stay put and enjoy the feeling of the countryside and the comfort of the villa. Filip was an exceptional host, providing a lovely welcome and timely answers to any questions that could come up by being available through ‘whats’ messaging app. This is a wonderful way to communicate with the owners. We felt the space was very private and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. I highly recommend anyone to stay at Vill

We spent New Year's Eve in this place. The host was very kind, handed over the key at the time of collection, and then came the next time we checked out. We were able to be completely alone if we wanted to use the jacuzzi at 3am, we just went out and enjoyed it. We had a great time here, we highly recommend it!

Great place to wind down and relax, far from busy life distractions. The house is great, fireplace, sauna, hot tub with a view...
