Ideal airbnb experience. Lovely space with beautiful surroundings. Had all of the amenities we needed in addition to thoughtful welcoming snacks. We asked for some additional coffee and creamer and Tim/Mindy responded immediately and were generous to share. They thoughtfully salted the steps when the weather became icy. Just positive experience all around. Reminiscent of the early days of airbnb when hosts were thoughtful and engaged. Thank you, Tim and Mindy!

The cabin is located in a spectacular setting with stunning views. It was very private and quiet and had all the amenities you could need in a stay. It's a short drive into Carbondale and local trailheads. We love this area and look forward to returning.

We had a really nice stay at the cabin. Perfect for a family of 4. The place is very modern, stylish and very clean. Great kitchen!! It’s not walkable to anything but the drive to town is 5 mins and I liked the separation. There is some road noise due to the proximity to the highway but it really didn’t bother us and there were great white noise machines in the bedrooms that worked like a charm. I loved the deck and the fire table for sitting out in the evenings. And the kids enjoyed the hot tub. You really cannot go wrong with this place if you plan to spend a few days in Glenwood Springs.

The reason it took me forever to write the review is because the most comfy, calm, and rested we’ve been as a family was during our stay. The relief to spend time together and not overthink and simply enjoy some aspects of a “home” made life so much simpler for a few days. Love the area, they even had bathtoys as I had completely spaced that for kiddos. You can take a breath and in a nice view off the porch.
