Beautiful upstairs close to downtown and many trees to view outside our windows. Peaceful, yet close walking distance to downtown and restaurants and suplizio field and Lincoln Park Swimming Pool and Golf Course and Colorado Mesa University. Only 5 miles to the Colorado National Monument and biking trails. Only 3 miles to St Mary's Hospital. This space has its own entry exit. Very private. You get to park in the driveway and the lockbox is by the big backyard door and opens this and your door
