It is located in the former threshing floor area of a farm in Höhenmoos. This tranquil place with exceptional views is perfectly located for relaxation in nature ( mountains, lakes, cross-country skiing, cycling) and excursions in the area ( Chiemsee, Simssee, Samerberg, Rosenheim, Munich, Salzburg).

We live on the outskirts of Breitbrunn, about 800 m from Lake Chiemsee. This is also within walking distance on beautiful paths. Breitbrunn is a small village surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes.
