Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Ridge Wood Heights

The home was perfect for our family. Plenty of space and the in law suite was amazing. Everything was very clean and well maintained. While our girls enjoyed the pool, our boy was casting his fishing pole from sun up to sun down. It is located in a very quiet peaceful neighborhood, yet close enough to the tourist areas to drive to them in 10-15 minutes. Amy is absolutely a 5- star host and if we’re ever in the area again, we will ABSOLUTELY book this home again.

Just stayed here for a couple of nights and had a great experience! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and in a great location. Check-in was super easy, and the host was responsive and welcoming. Loved the little touches like the snacks and local guidebook. Would definitely stay again next time I’m in town!

This house was adorable! Loved the decor - cute touches and uncluttered throughout. Drawers/cabinets were clearly labeled and there were all sorts of things there that you might have forgotten- even hair ties! Bed was comfortable. Whole place was cozy and comfy- I didn’t want to leave! Tons of great recommendations in the guest book by the front door. I wholeheartedly recommend this home!

We had an absolutely five-star experience! From the moment we walked in, the house smelled incredibly fresh and felt so warm and welcoming. The location was perfect conveniently close to everything we needed. The home itself was beautifully maintained, thoughtfully put together, and truly inviting. We loved our stay so much! Amazing space. Great layout. The kitchen was lovely. The whole house very clean, well decorated, and well supplied. The garden/backyard area was beautiful as well. If you don’t mind a few bugs (mosquitos) there’s a lot of nature to witness. I loved the pond. A great place to meditate. Highly recommend.

This location is halfway between coastal attractions (beach and downtown) and inland attractions (golf, Lakewood Ranch, I-75). It's also near 2-3 east-west roads in Sarasota. Excellent. Listing is realistic, not exaggerated. It's a well-equipped kitchen with a two-burner induction stove and a large enough fridge and freezer for nearly any purpose. Good counter space and many helpful supplies and "tools" Bedroom area is large, bathroom is huge, shower is enormous, access is ez. I've stayed in tiny units and i've had faux kitchens. This is neither and with a strong host nearby. I'm tiring of long-distance hosts and corporate hosts. As a host Mariele offers proximity, professionalism, and personality too. Within reason she's on the side of the guest. Recommended listing.

Great location in Sarasota! The apartment was comfortable and very clean, and just a few minutes' drive to beautiful beaches and restaurants. Vanessa and Nicole were very responsive and gave us helpful instructions. We would definitely stay here again!

My husband, 2 ur old twins, and I stayed at this cute little studio and it was perfect!! The place was super clean and inviting and really close to a lot of stores and restaurants. The beach isn’t a far drive at all either! We absolutely loved this stay and will definitely be back!! The hosts were so sweet and made sure to give clear instructions and check on us through out our stay!! Our stay at Inna & Vladimir's home was excellent. I had a work conference at a larger hotel about 4 min away. It was conveniently located, easy driving distance to restaurants and the beach, and in a safe part of town. We enjoyed the pool one evening and never felt bothered or out of place during our stay. The one thing to note is that, if you have any sort of chemical/fragrance sensitivity, be cautious the first day or two. My husband and I are both VERY sensitive and noticed the strong fragrant cleaner smells right away (tide, fabuloso type scents, etc). This likely wouldn't bother the typical person... but it was pretty intense for us. Considering those smells means that the Airbnb was cleaned, I can't complain about that! Lastly, if you have any mobility issues, the stairs are steep, but felt very sturdy. Overall, we would stay again. Thank you for your hospitality!

We had a fine stay. No problems with the host or room. We would have liked a better area to go for walks. I would have also liked to have gotten check in info sooner. I had to ask for it the night before. In her defense I did not get anything from Airbnb either.

Had a great stay and everything was as listed. Clean and convient, quiet location, 5 minute walk to the beach. Was located right across from both pool and laundry room (quarters only) which was great. William also provided beach chairs and umbrella as well as small cooler which was exactly what I needed

Our stay was exactly what we wanted. Our host, Evan, was great and quick with any questions we had. The condo was located very close to Siesta Key Beach, and we didn't have to drive more than 20 minutes to get to anything that we wanted to around that area, some things even within walking distance. Everything we could have possibly wanted was provided in our home, which really made the week stress-free. We would definitely stay here again!
