Love the high ceilings, large windows and uncluttered interior. The bathroom is huge and has underfloor heating. The apartment is effectively at the same level as the street, though there is some distance between the two. I knew this before booking, and the street is fairly quiet, so this wasn't an issue for me. Location-wise, the apartment is super central with loads to see&do within easy walking distance plus a metro station just around the corner.

We had a fantastic stay in Karl's apartment in Old Town! The apartment is just as charming as the pictures show – open floor plan, tasteful decor and everything you could wish for in the kitchen and bathroom. The sun came perfectly into the apartment and it is walking distance to the castle. The bed was comfortable and the extra bed for our little one worked perfectly. Karl was an extremely helpful and quick host who answered all our questions directly and gave top recommendations on restaurants and attractions. The location couldn't be better - in the heart of Stockholm, yet quiet in the evenings. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to experience the city's history and atmosphere!
