Suria - guest suite on semi-rural lifestyle block

Our house is on a small rural hill-top, with views over Tasman Bay. The private guest deck through the living room door leads to the shared patio, spa (winter only) and swimming pool (summer) - use by arrangement with us. There is a TV and DVD player, a kettle for coffee/tea-making, a toaster, microwave, fridge, crocks, cutlery and sink, with outside BBQ. No pets or children (for security and safety because of the pool).

Pohutukawa house is a modern contemporary designed home on a large landscaped section with excellent 180 degree views of the ocean, rural and mountains. Local bush-walks can be accessed adjacent the property & it's just a 3min walk to Fossil Ridge Winery & Cafe! For shopping & great local dining, the centre of Richmond is a just a 3min drive & Nelson CBD can be reached in under 20min.

Close to beaches, parks, cafes and more, while returning to peace and tranquility after a day out enjoying our region. Freeview, Netflix, Wifi is provided if you need to keep in touch or wish to utilise any of these. Please note we do not provide Sky TV.

Munro Manor

House is situated on Britannia Heights overlooking Tasman Bay with beautiful sea views and an outdoor swimming pool. Our guest space is on the ground floor of our house which offers 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a large lounge and kitchenette. 20 minute walk into town. 5 minute walk to the ocean. There is Netflix and Sky TV available in the lounge and a BBQ for your use.
