In a cul-de-sac, bus stop 200 m, close to shops 700 m, Port Louis 2 km, you can take the batobus to get to Lorient (15 min) or Gâvres (10 min). Ground floor living room, 2 bedrooms (1 bed of 160 and 1 bed of 140) shower room, separate toilet. Upstairs 2 bedrooms (2 beds of 140, 1 bed of 90 and 1 baby bed), mezzanine with sofa, shower room, separate toilet.

The house dates from the 18th century and was completely renovated in 2017. It has a large terrace and a wooded garden It's a non-smoking house, thank you.

The shops and the marina are 200 m away, you can reach the center of Lorient by boat bus in 6 minutes and enjoy the beaches of Port Louis in 5 minutes by bike. The house consists of a living room with equipped kitchen open to the living room, a shower room with toilet; 1 bedroom upstairs. No smoking, no pets allowed.
