Our apartment is on the second floor (only 22 easy steps to climb) of a historic building in a quiet street. We have recently restored it and furnished it in a modern and functional way but leaving the building's characteristics (the well, the fireplace in the living room and the beautiful Venetian floors). The apartment is very close to transportation and the “ALILAGUNA” line to the airport.

Santa Marina Apartment

I tessuti e gli arredi sono preziosissimi, grazie per prenderti cura della mia casa. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto online il documento di un ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per l'intero soggiorno per tutto il gruppo) e la tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati sono condivisi solo con la Polizia e la Municipalità. A Venezia non ci sono molti ascensori però l'ultimo piano ha il vantaggio di non avere umidità o muffa. Ho un luogo dove lasciare le valigie.
