The house is composed of a bedroom with its walk-in shower, a 2nd bedroom, an equipped kitchen/living room that can accommodate young and old, a living room with a double sofa bed. You can enjoy a terrace to take your meals or relax and an outdoor space of 3800m2 with swimming pool (from May 29 to the end of September). Our house is also on this property.

House on 2 levels. On the ground floor, you have a living room (sofa, TV, coffee table), kitchen (gas stove, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker) and toilet. Upstairs are the bedroom and bathroom (bathtub, toilet). Outside there is a private courtyard where you can spend pleasant moments (table, chairs, deckchairs, awning). In the heart of Grand-Auverné, close to shops (bakery/grocery store, bar/restaurant, hairdresser). 16 km from Châteaubriant.

A charming little house in the countryside.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

The accommodation is located 500 m from the town center and 100 m from a body of water. Many hiking trails make up the municipality, enough to stretch your legs or those of your 4-legged companions (Pets are allowed) Shops nearby (convenience store, café located in the village) 7 minutes from Candé as well as Saint-Mars-la-Jaille. This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Located in the heart of the tourist site of LES FORGES, you can enjoy the hikes, the body of water and the museum of the country house. The house is in the style of the Forges architecture with a beautiful wooden frame that you can enjoy in the living room upstairs. The bedroom space located on the ground floor offers the possibility to sleep cool in summer.

Come and relax or indulge in sports activities. After beautiful waterfront walks or great bike rides, the Nordic bath and heated pool will relax you.

La Huche – Country House

The barn is an outbuilding of the farmhouse inhabited by the owners, located in a place called, 45 minutes from Nantes and 60 minutes from Rennes. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a rural and quiet environment with private terrace overlooking the garden, not overlooked. There is parking in front of the entrance.
