La maison est composée d'une chambre avec sa douche à l'italienne, une 2nde chambre, une cuisine/séjour équipée et pouvant recevoir petits et grands, un salon avec canapé convertible 2 places. Vous pourrez profiter d'une terrasse pour prendre vos repas ou vous détendre et d'un espace extérieur de 3800m2 avec piscine (du 29 Mai au 27 Septembre). Notre maison se trouve également sur cette propriété.

Maison sur 2 niveaux avec escaliers. Au rez-de-chaussée, vous disposez d'un salon (canapé, TV, table basse), d'une cuisine (gazinière, four, frigo, micro-onde, cafetière) et de WC. A l'étage se trouvent la chambre et la salle de bain (baignoire, WC). A l'extérieur, il y a une cour privative pour passer d'agréables moments (table, chaises, transats, store). En plein centre du Grand-Auverné à proximité des commerces (boulangerie/épicerie, bar/restaurant, coiffeur). A 16km de Châteaubriant.

My place is surrounded by multicenter trees of ancient roses and hydrangeas in a property dating from the 18th century 4 km from the town of Nort sur Erdre and its train station , 30 minutes from Nantes ,close to the canal from Nantes to Brest ideal for hikers on foot or by bike ,fishermen, canoe rides...many circuits in the area. Summer school holidays: weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday. Outside vacation: Minimum 2 nights rental.
