Swift checkin, ample parking space, sparkling clean, helpful staff and the host (Jyotishman) is a true gentleman. He will be in constant touch during your stay to help you out with anything you need. She was incredibly kind, proactive, and always quick to respond. She truly took care of us like family and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. I'm so glad that I booked Emmanuel's place during my stay in Shillong. The small apartment is centrally located in a walkable district and has all the amenities needed for my one week stay. Would definitely stay here again if I return to Shillong!

Great location! Very well maintained and spacious apartment. We were traveling with our dog and had no issues with that whatsoever, even the other building people and staff were very friendly and that was great! Whatever minor issues we had, were immediately sorted by Naman and his team. Extremely responsive and helpful.

Location and Cleanliness at its best, wonderful cafes and parks around the property. The host was very cooperative about all my queries, definitely the best place to stay.

I traveled with my parents, husband and kids (4.5 and 3). The moment we entered the place, it felt like home. We were familiar with the locality as we had already lived in the city earlier (my parents for 34 years and me 25 years). We intended to spend a lot of time at the property and just soak in the air of Shillong, and that was possible because the home provided us with enough space and facilities we could ask for. Dad loved the early morning sunlight on the terrace and did his exercises there. Kids loved the space inside and outside and played their hearts out. Kitchen and washing machine made our lives so much easier. Marc's caretaker was available to help us out with whatever we needed. The property is very old (traditional Assam cottage), and hence requires a slightly better maintenance. There are tiny bits all over the place that need some attention, but I suppose that a renovation is already in plan. Thanks for helping me create new memories with my kids!

We had a pleasant stay at biswajit's place. Though we book a room for 2person, due to some unavoidably circumstances a friend of mine had to stay with us. When i informed the host about it, he generously upgrade our room for 3 person to stay without any charges. He was kind enough to let us check-in in flexible hours. Overall it was a great experience.

1. The location was perfect. 2. The house felt like home, my kids loved it and never felt they were in someone else's home. 3. You can easily find and get autorickshaws to buses where you need to go to in Guwahati and within a very short walking distance. 4. Parking was a little tight at times because of the narrow bylane/street but we managed and the attendant was very helpful making sure outsiders who park outside make room for the people staying in can also park. 5. The TV remote needs to be fixed. I somehow managed and downloaded and app and used that. Overall, loved it, will definitely book again in the near coming future. Thank you very much Mitali. The stay was cozy, the amenities that were mentioned were there. It is a near perfect stay for two-3 people. Though kot listed anywhere, but we were hoping for a television and the kitchen is good for small time cooking like daal bhaat or tea, but nothing complicated. All of that, however, are small short comings compared to the easy of living there. Nestled at the heart of city, but at a peaceful residential area. The host is very responsive and made adjustments to make the stay seamless.

The place was nice. What stood out was the responsiveness of host. He always responded and took care of every request made. He arranged for extra bedding and as well allowed us for little late checkout due to our flight timings. The stay was pleasant. Will definitely recommend.

Really good experience! We arrived early to Guwahati from an overnight bus journey and Jayanta was very generous to give us an extra room for the early check-in. That really helped us out. The location is great. Many supermarkets, shops, restaurants, pharmacies etc. are only a couple walking minutes away. The apartment had all the facilities we needed. Modern AC, kitchen with good utensils, nice shower - all good. Can definitely recommend and would stay there again if ever coming back to Guwahati!
