It was awesome stay at Derrick’s place. Home was very clean and having all necessary amenities. Parking space is also huge. Overall very satisfied.

The host,Runu aunty was extremely welcoming. The space was well furnished and extremely clean. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood but has easy access to markets and the shopping district of Guwahati.5 star property and 5 star hospitality.Looking forward to staying again.

Its a lovely place. The caretakers are very friendly and nice. They cook delicious food and make you feel at home. The owner, Anirban Saha, is extremely helpful and very prompt in responding to queries. Looking forward to the next visit.

We celebrated my nephew's first birthday and it was great for pictures and videos. Even our Guests loved it. Perfect place for celebration of a large gathering. The team was great and catered to our requirements. Would look to rebook this listing.
