There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. The former coach house stands in private mature grounds, and is approached via a gated entrance and a sweeping gravel drive ascending to the property. It is a self contained first floor apartment, accessed via external steps to the rear of the building, that dates back to 1780.

Overlooking cardigan bay and boasting panaramic views from the Snowdon mountain range in the north to witnessing a memorable sunset over the Lleyn peninsula with a drink in your hand whilst relaxing in the easy to use electric jacuzzi hot tub.
