Profitez du jardin ou découvrez le charme du Golfe du Morbihan, ses plages, îles, sentiers côtiers ainsi que les villes de Vannes, Auray, … Et si le temps est frais, profitez du poêle dans la soirée. Je serai ravie de vous accueillir, vous présenter les lieux et partager quelques bonnes adresses locales.

Bleu Vert ***, New single-story house

Notre gîte “Bleu Vert” entre Golfe et Océan est situé en plein centre de Sarzeau Bourg , commerces et marché à 2 pas, sentier du Golfe à 300 m. Les plages de l'océan sont à 4 km. En couple ou avec deux enfants, cette construction neuve de plain pieds vous séduira assurément . L’espace extérieur comprend une terrasse orientée à l’ouest avec salon de jardin, le tout ouvert sur le jardin paysagé des propriétaires. La piscine, chauffée de Mai à Septembre, sépare les deux habitations.

Direct access to the beach

Directly on the beach 30 m, with stunning views of the protected and very family-friendly bay of Kerfontaine, 4-bed apartment on the garden level in a small residence. It consists of 2 rooms: a bedroom with 2 beds of 80 x 200 that can be combined to form a large bed of 160 x 200, and a living room with sofa bed of 140 x 200. Quiet, bright, at the end of a cul-de-sac and with no road nearby, not overlooked, refurbished in February 2018 with all the comforts for the holidays

Independent cottage located in a quiet cul-de-sac, 1.5 km from Goh Vélin beach and 500 m from the town center and its shops as well as 3 km from the Gulf of Morbihan. On the ground floor is the equipped kitchen with dining area and living room as well as a toilet. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, and one with a single bed. The bathroom includes a shower, sink, toilet, and storage. Behind, a large terrace to enjoy the outdoors. A baby crib is available.

Charming new wooden house in a green and quiet setting. It is located on the edge of the Morbihan golf course, 2 km from Sarzeau and its shops. You will be at the foot of the famous GR34 as well as many other walking or cycling routes. You'll see hundreds of wild birds nesting there. The house is cozy, tastefully decorated and very well-equipped. You will also enjoy a private garden as well as a wooden terrace with garden furniture, parasol and plancha.

Our modern and fully equipped accommodation is located in the pretty hamlet of Kersaux in Saint Gildas de Rhuys, just 2 km from the sea. Halfway between the ocean and the Gulf of Morbihan, it is a haven of peace where you will spend a lovely vacation! Bike paths start directly from the house to crisscross the peninsula. It is 48 m2 and is adjoining our main house. Guests can take advantage of the 20 m2 terrace in the sun as well as the adjoining garden

La Cachette Perdue, 300 meters from the beach, the port, this small atypical T1 bis, has everything you need to relax as a couple. Mini hammam in the shower, 2x spa bath (which replaces the Nordic bath in photo 1), 5.1 home theater in the room. *To have a pleasant stay in summer and winter, we lend two bicycles at no extra cost. They are lent free of charge. ⚠️ accommodation not recommended for people over 60 years old and for babies.

"Le Petit Bonbon" welcomes you year-round. Built in 2024, this house is independent with its entrance, parking, and garden close to the hiking trails of the Gulf of Morbihan. We are on the "tourist route of the Gulf", very landscaped, peaceful and bucolic, 5 minutes by bicycle or car from the Bourg de Sarzeau. From the house: the pedestrian paths, bike paths, sandy beaches of the gulf, and you are 10 minutes from the ocean.
