Here there is a sofa with an extra bed for 2 people and a bed for 2 people. The dining and sleeping area is therefore together.

Our house is located in Rüdenschwinden in one of the most beautiful low mountain ranges in Germany. Rüdenschwinden is a small, charming village not far from the Schwarzes Moor and Fladungen. The vacation home is detached and surrounded by a 600 square meter, fully fenced garden. Here everyone will find a place to relax, play or linger. Dogs are also welcome. Our aim is to welcome guests with a dog as well as the ones without into a friendly, cosy atmosphere. The appartment is at the edge of Oberelsbach - ideally for hikes. The old half-timbered house is located in the middle of a small village in the Bavarian Rhön Biosphere Reserve. It will be occupied by you alone during your stay. It can accommodate 4 adults if 2 bedrooms are sufficient. However, there is still a single mattress in the living room. 1-2 dogs are allowed. Bicycles or motorcycles can be stored in the barn.
