The apartment was great! It is located in a quiet area of Alexandroupolis, ideal for rest. The house was super clean and fully equipped, with all the facilities both in the bathroom and in the kitchen, which made our stay very comfortable. The host was very friendly and helpful- waited for us when we arrived, gave us a tour of the space, and was always available for anything we needed. A great experience, we'll definitely go for it again!

It was a lovely experience from welcoming to fairwell. Kyriakikarailanidou was there when we arrived to welcome us regardless of the time, and she was very friendly. All the information she gave us was very clear and sufficient during our stay. And the place has a very sofisticated design with great conditions and cleanness. 👏🏻Every minor detail was thought and to realising that details has put our face a smile. There was even a brand new spare pijamas for the baby in the drawer of the baby cot. 😍 We were 3 generetions from grandmother to granddaughters during our stay which felt like our own place. 3 families can stay at the same time w/o bothering each other. I highly recommend this place if you are seeking home comfort while away!

Mr. Tzevit and his family are impeccable. I was treated to homemade pastries and fruits. The house was spotless, very beautiful in a quiet place and at the same time centrally located in the beautiful old town where you can go everywhere on foot since it is central point. Very polite and considerate. My stay was 9 days and it felt like home. I didn't really miss anything since the house had everything. I would really like to thank Mr. Tzevit for my wonderful stay there and I am sure that if I find myself in beautiful Xanthi again it will be my number 1 choice.

Last summer, we saw this house walking by chance, and when we found it empty on our trip, we were very happy and kept it right away. The house was just like in the immaculate photos, our host left a cake and was very sweet for us, the heaters worked very well, it was within walking distance to the bazaar and the restaurants on the beach. If you are coming by car, you can somehow find it nearby, although there is no space in front of the house. We looked at it for this summer, it's full of insallah, we can come back next year:) .

We stayed here as a family for 6 nights. The owner of the house welcomed us very nicely, she is a very warm, helpful and friendly lady. It has a large garden with lots of greenery and fruit trees suitable for grilling, the house is clean, everything is provided, bed linen and towels are sufficient and very clean, the beds are perfect for those seeking peace and quiet. The sea and the sand are available Very nice, very suitable for children. I would like to thank the owner of the house for his helpfulness and warmth.

Well equiped small apartment. Nice to have a seperate kitchen. Clean and reaaly close to main streets. Market just at the entrance of the building, we visited in winter season not have parking issue, in summer can be little more crowded.

Good location, able to reach everywhere on foot. On-street parking is easily available. Would recommend.

Dreamy Dollhouse A beautiful ground floor apartment, very close to the city center, decorated with a lot of taste. Comfortable spaces everywhere. Its greatest beauty, that it is ground floor and you exit directly to a loving yard The secured parking spot is a great advantage for the safety of your car The fact that we didn't need the host's help, I think it's because of the clear and detailed instructions in the house. There is provision for everything with detailed instructions. Of course last but not least, it's the detailed cleanliness of the house which is very important and counts a lot in the overall rating! The house is located about a 10-minute walk from the beach. There are numerous entertainment venues on the street just below the house. The house itself is relatively small — comparable to, or perhaps slightly smaller than, a hotel room. It has a small kitchenette with a portable dining table. There is no separate living area. However, there is a balcony that is spacious enough for two people. For parking, there are spaces available along the street, provided you follow the parking regulations. Lastly, the house was very clean. George was a very kind and welcoming host. The bathroom and towels were also exceptionally clean. Thank you, George!

Aliki was very attentive until we checked into the house. Even though we checked in very late, we had no problems. The house was central and as seen in the photos. Also thanks to Aliki for the treats.

Access to the city center on foot. Renovated cozy apartment fully equipped. I found exactly what I was asking for in cost and quality. I just need new mattresses on the beds.

The apartment was totally centrally located with its own private parking space. We enjoyed the great balcony very much. You were right by the sea and many great restaurants. Communication was very good and Eirini responded quickly to messages. We can definitely recommend the apartment.

The rooms are large enough and the beds were comfortable. The host was very sweet, warm and helpful. The neighborhood of the house was quiet and calm enough (this was important for us as we were traveling with a baby). The kitchen was useful, there was enough equipment to eat, it was very clean, the treats were very thoughtful😊, a place I can choose when I come back to Dedeagac 😊

Mr. Christos was a great host available for a moment and answered any questions we had. We will prefer his home on our next visit to Alexandroupolis and we will highly recommend it to our friends.

I have no words! Great host, very clear check-in instructions, service with any amenity, willing to help with the issues of the city. The house is exactly what you see, clean, practical, quiet. If you want to stay somewhere in Komotini, you won't regret it.
