Monthly Rentals in Rhodes

Very good stay at Erik's! The apartment is true to description and photos. It is very clean and functional, if you want to visit the whole island I invite you to rent a scooter or a car for more freedom, the apartment is just 7’ from the city center but by bus it is quite complicated. Communication with Erik is too good. We highly recommend this apartment.

Great value for the price The accommodation is very well located, close to restaurants, supermarket and others, while being very quiet at night. Somewhat easy to park out of season. It is bright and very convenient, large with plenty of storage. The air conditioning/heater works very well while being rather quiet. The only downside is that the kitchen is basic. Few accessories, dishes in limited quantities. Don't plan to cook there but instead have a coffee in the morning;) Very welcoming host.

I stayed for a month, and it was a short walk into the old city, also to walk to catch ferry's to the various island was for me a 15 minutes to get Dodekanisos berth. Lots of nice bakery's close by and also at the end of the street an icecream shop which always had a que. Theodoros apartment had I would all the cooking utensils and close by a butchers and greengrocers. Thanks Theodoros I enjoyed my time at you fabulous apartment

the communication was impeccable, fast and professional. bed linens and towels were perfectly clean, the bed is very comfortable and big enough for two people. kostas answered all our questions and solved all spontaneous issues/wishes immediately to our fullest satisfaction. although we did not meet in person, his availability was more than present. the location is just perfect, as it is from 5 to max. 10 minutes outside the old town, in a nice residential area. there are three small supermarkets in the area, two right in front of the house, one of them even an organic one. to be recommended. thank you for your hospitality and kindness kostas!
