The approximately 400-year-old farmhouse, which is located at almost 700 meters above sea level, was partially renovated in 2019. The rustic base was skillfully combined with modern elements. The house is ideally furnished for family vacations of up to 6 people. Of course, groups, couples and individuals are also very welcome. The house impresses with a spacious swing which is kept very close to nature. For children, there are various play options in and around the house.

Relax and recharge in the 200-year-old historic gardener's house. Idyllically located on the edge of the forest and a few minutes' walk to the village center. Ideal for 2 adults. Pretty garden, fireplace for cozy evenings, breakfast by arrangement (small extra charge), electric charging station available at the local rate. Suitable for 2 adults and 2 children from 6 years (on request). Unfortunately, the facility is not suitable for small children.

Welcome to our lovingly furnished 2-room apartment on the Rhine Island! On about 65 m² you will find a retreat away from the hustle and bustle – ideal for couples, families with children or travelers looking for relaxation. The windows let in plenty of natural light and open a soothing view of the private garden. Depending on the weather, you can enjoy the weather outside while grilling or inside the warmth of the massive soapstone oven.

Welcome to the idyllic municipality of Lutzenberg in the hilly Appenzellerland. The small former Wöschhüsli is surrounded by green meadows and trees. The cozy cottage impresses with lots of charm and simplicity. A special highlight is the stream, which flows through the property and gives it a relaxed atmosphere. Whether those seeking peace, nature lovers or those interested in culture – everyone will find their retreat here.

Large house with plenty of space

The house part has 3 bedrooms with a total of 4 single beds, one double bed. 2 sofa beds for two people each, 3 baby cribs and an additional small mattress in the open screed. In the lower area is the small modern kitchen where cooking is also allowed. The playgroup room is right next door and may also be used by the children. Outside on the patio there is a grill and a fireplace where cozy evenings can be spent.

In the Hüsli, an original Appenzell farmhouse (with empty annex), you will enjoy a unique view over the Rhine Valley to the Austrian mountains. The cottage is quietly located in nature, perfect for relaxing, hiking or biking, but still easily accessible by car, the Appenzeller train is about a 15-minute walk (pick-up service for arrival and departure possible).
