This cozy one-room apartment is located in the city center of Bocholt. It offers free Wi-Fi and a free private parking space. The holiday home has the following features: - a comfortable queen-size bed (1.60m) - a sofa for 2 people - a 43-inch Smart TV (UHD 4K) with cable channels. - Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney Plus can also be accessed via a guest login Additionally, there are bicycle racks in the enclosed courtyard, as well as a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom.

Equipped with all comforts but "basic" in style. Suitable for 1 or 2 people, and for 1 or more days/weeks for rent. Particularly suitable for people who love peace, nature and are adventurous. We rent a separate, approx. 60 m² loft apartment / house with private entrance in the annex of our over 100-year-old house to guests who want to stay "differently"! The apartment is self-sufficient + separate from the main house. A private terrace or a private garden area belong to the apartment. Around the house are forests and fields, here you can walk or cycle on the Roman Lippe Route. The Ruhr area (Duisburg, Essen) is close. Supermarket, pizzeria + pharmacy are on site.

In the middle of the tranquil Münsterland lies this cozy and newly modernized granny apartment in Rhede-Nord. Despite the fact that many new residential areas have recently been built here, the house is still surrounded by nature. Extensive walks through fields and forests are thus easily possible. By car, you can reach the center of Bocholt within 10 minutes. The highway can also be reached quickly via the B67, so you are in the middle of the Ruhr area within 45 minutes.

The place is close to the city center and Lake Aasee. The university of applied sciences can be reached in 10 minutes by bike and in 5 minutes by car (B67 in the immediate vicinity). A bus stop is very close. The bakery and butcher, as well as the food market, are about 1000 meters away. Our house and the apartment are located in a cul-de-sac. Public parking is available. We have furnished the apartment practically and cozily. Linens and towels are included.

Our beautiful, light-filled attic apartment overlooking the countryside invites you to a short stop or a longer stay in the beautiful town of Bocholt! With her 70 square meters, it has plenty of space for 2 people who like to relax and walk from here in 15 minutes on foot in the city center. We are happy to provide bikes - because nothing works here without the popular "bikes"! The bakery with a small shop is 1 minute walk away. Smoking is prohibited!

The 60 square metre, modern accommodation offers space for up to 4 people and impresses with its high-quality furnishings. An open-plan living area with pull out sofa, TV and dining area leads into a fully equipped kitchen - ideal for cooking and socialising. A bedroom with 2 single bed guarantees restful nights, while the elegant bathroom ensures relaxation. Wi-Fi and a washing machine round off the offer and make the accommodation the perfect choice.

Above the rooftops of Gemen

Our self-contained attic apartment offers plenty of space on 53 square meters, is flooded with light and quiet. It is located a few hundred meters from the Gemen Youth Castle and is an ideal starting point for cycling tours through the Münsterland park landscape. Two bakeries with breakfast and an organic shop are within a three-minute walk. You can safely park and charge your e-bikes in our garage. Two restaurants are also within walking distance.

Guesthouse de Grenspeddelaar

Exactly across the Woold-Barlo border is the Grenspeddelaar. In front of a shop and gas station, which started it once. The gas station is now unmanned and the former shop has been converted into a charming and comfortable guesthouse. The Grenspeddelaar is in a special place: there is sometimes hustle and bustle, but there are also grazing cows across the road. Every guest, vacationer or passerby is welcome!

Spacious apartment for city trip

The apartment is family-run and offers a warm atmosphere. In the immediate vicinity there is a snack bar and several shops are within walking distance in about 5 minutes. The city center is also well connected and can be reached within 10-15 minutes by bike or bus. The two single beds in the bedroom can be pushed together to form a bed and in the living room there is a pull-out sofa bed.
