After hosting hundreds of guests for nearly 5 years, our guests tell us they always leave feeling rested and restored!

This is a small farmhouse built in 1895! Freshly updated decor and furniture, enjoy our charming little cottage in the country. There is 1 bedroom with a queen bed and en suite bathroom. The living area has a pull out sleeper sofa and sleeper loveseat and a blow up mattress on legs. The front hall has a twin and trundle bed. There is a second bathroom in the living area. A kitchenette with coffee pot, convection toaster oven, microwave, refrigerator and large dining table for meals or to work.

Hummingbird Hill Farms, Houston Lake Country Club and Golf Course, Robins Air Force Base, Rigby's Water World, Warner Robins Little League, Guardian Center and Perry Ag. Center are all within a 5 - 20 minute drive.

Back porch is now a utility room; office, bedroom, nursery, storage, etc. Located 8 miles West of I-75 and 1/2 mile off of Highway 49. It is about 100 feet away from our other listing, "Cozy Cabin in the Woods" .
